#3. Find what you enjoy!
Getting into shape isn’t 60 minutes on a cardio machine. Chance are, if you do that, you will get discouraged after some time.
Most gyms, yoga studios, cardio boxing gyms, cross fit boxes, etc. will offer one day or even 7 day passes to try out the facility. Try it out at the times you would normally workout. These are the people you will be usually seeing when you go.
Remember, what works for someone else might not work for you, but try out multiple places til you find your home.
As time goes on, you’ll evolve and interest might change. Just keep moving forward.
