Never Miss Twice....

Yes, I’m just like you, I don’t ALWAYS feel like training (I know you’re all like 🤯 lol). Sometimes I wanna sit on my couch and eat a pint of ice cream (I could eat a bucket if I wanted to. I’ve done it 😈). Sometimes enjoying life with my loved ones is more important where I’d prefer to make memories rather than obsess over a missed training day...

As normal as it is to feel this way, I still AM regimented. I still AM a bodybuilder. I still AM someone who is makes my health a priority. So one thing I make SURE I do, NEVER MISS TWICE. Missing once is ok. Things happen. Missing twice, is the start of creating a bad habit. A missed workout will hurt you more than a workout not done to it’s full potential. .
Take this for example. You have $100, your goal is to get to $200 and you were given $50. Now you’re 50% there. Now let’s say you lose or spend that $50. That’s a 33% loss that brought you back to square one! Do you see how that works? Not showing up does more damage than showing up and not giving it your full potential. .
Don’t less losses eat into your compounding! .
It’s not about what happens during the workout. It’s about being the type of person who doesn’t MISS workouts.....while a “half ass” workout may not improve your physical performance, it reaffirms your identity. You ARE a fit person! .

Hey everyone! Today is Thursday and I’m two days closer to my first physique show and I’m super excited for it!
•
Last night I had my last workout of the week and it was fantastic workout. Hit arms and did some cardio on the treadmill. For the next couple of days, I’m going to rest and getting my body ready for Saturday. Follow the diet, making sure I’m drinking enough water, getting my plenty of rest, and etc.
•
The next couple of days are going to be crucial and I’m ready to take on the next step in my prep to my physique show.
•
Can’t wait to share my progress pictures the next couple of days and show all of you how my body is progressing in the next couple of days. From dropping water weight to getting my spray tan, my body will be going through a transformation and I can’t wait to show it off!

On a side note, my Halloween costume came in the other day and I’m excited to wear to a Halloween party I’m going to next weekend! It’s going to be a fun and exciting next couple of weeks for me and I’m going to enjoy every bit of it!

CMC Fitness Recipes #4 - Homemade Tortilla Pizza 🍕

Fun and Quick one today!  Who doesn’t like pizza?  A Dominos Large Pizza can contain 2000+ calories!  Here is a low calorie pizza option for you to try this weekend to satisfy those cravings without ruining your calorie deficit. 
Ingredients: -1 Large White Flour Tortilla (Calories Based on Asda Brand)
-1 Tablespoon Chilli Relish (Calories Based on Tesco Brand
-30g Light Cheddar Cheese (Calories based on Coleraine Brand)
-100g Sliced Chicken Breast
-25g Chilli Peppers

Method:

Place a tortilla on your work surface, add 1 tablespoon of chilli jam (or sauce of your choice) and spread with the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle the cheese (grated) over the sauce evenly.

Add Chicken and Chilli Peppers (or toppings of your choice) evenly over the tortilla.

Place tortilla on an oven tray, and cook at a high heat for 8-15 mins until sides are golden brown.

Remove from oven and serve immediately.

This is a quick and easy recipe.  It is pizza after all, and everybody’s pizza toppings differ, so add meat and veg of your choice (pineapple too if you are that guy) and adjust calories for your personal pizza.  I have tried and the pizza works well with Tomato Puree and BBQ Sauce also, chilli is just a personal preference of mine.

I would recommend chicken/turkey/ham/tuna as it has a higher protein ratio, if you are struggling to get your protein in, but it is entirely up to yourself.  I opt for a chilli Jam base, and chilli peppers on the pizza as I love hot and spicy flavouring, if you do too, give this one a try!

Calories: 415
Protein: 35g
Carbs: 42g
Fat: 11g

Поэтому советую сначала тренировать не эго (типа, смотрите, какой я ох..но-сильный (но дрыщеват😂)), а нейромышечную-связь, проще говоря, наладить связь "мозг-мышца".

I‘M WORKING ON MYSELF FOR MYSELF BY MYSELF ✨. #goodmorninginthemorning meine liebe #fitfamgermany 💪🏾 Ich hoffe ihr seid alle gut in den Donnerstag gestartet? Durchhalten bald ist Wochenende...und am Montag auch wieder Schule für die Kinder - ratet mal wer sich freut und wer nicht?! 😉. ABER nur weil ich dann morgens in Ruhe trainieren kann.  Heute ist bei mir #restday aber gestern hatte ich ein mega Beintraining mit #resistancebands :  1) Standing Kickbacks 3 Sätze a 15 Wiederholungen pro Seite.  2) Standing Abduction 3 Sätze a 12 Wiederholungen pro Seite.  3) Bulgarian Split Squat 3 Sätze a 12 Wiederholungen pro Seite  4) Hip Thrust with Abduction 3 Sätze a 12 Wiederholungen.  5) Seated Abduction 3 Sätze a 30 Wiederholungen.  #bootyshaper  Morgen steht dann Oberkörper Training an und ich freue mich schon drauf. Hatte da ja bis vor kurzem nicht so einen Fokus drauf. Was steht denn bei Euch an? Wenn die Pizza, das Eis und die Chipstüte einfach so ihren Weg in den Mund finden (ganz von alleine 😉). Ist es dann gut, wenn ihr das am nächsten Tag durch weniger Essen oder mehr Cardio ausgleicht?

Wettkampf-Diät: auf jeden Fall ausgleichen!

Unbeabsichtigte Cheat Days haben hier nichts zu suchen und mit eventuell auftretenden negativen psychischen Konsequenzen müsst ihr leben! Wenn ihr keine intakte Beziehung zum Diäten habt, macht keine WK-Diät! ☝️

Jojo-Diät-Vergangenheit: nein, nicht ausgleichen!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Das führt meist nur dazu, dass ihr in einen Teufelskreis kommt. Ihr cheated, "bestraft" euch dafür, seid zu schwach um die Bestrafung auszuhalten (ein hohes Defizit ist halt anstrengend!), bekommt Heißhunger und cheated wieder 😔
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Peilt in diesem Fall von vorn herein ein kleineres Defizit an. Sollten trotzdem öfter unbeabsichtigte Cheat Days auftreten, dann:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
a) legt eine mehrwöchige Diätpause ein, um kein schlechtes Gewissen haben zu müssen, wenn ihr nicht im Defizit esst 👍
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
b) oder überdenkt die Sache mit dem Diäten nochmal: Wenn ihr z.B. wirklich nur 5kg übergewichtig seid, lohnt es sich dann überhaupt, sich psychisch so mit dem Diäten zu stressen? Ich vermute in den meisten Fällen, dass ihr ein wesentlich schöneres Leben mit 5kg "zu viel" auf den Rippen habt, als euch permanent mit dem Diäten zu quälen 😉

Und bei allen Fällen dazwischen: Wägt ab, ob es sich für euch lohnt, auszugleichen oder nicht. Die Entscheidung kann ich euch nicht abnehmen 😁

Einfach mal machen & nicht ständig drüber nachdenken, aus später könnte ein NIE werden, wie seht ihr das??
Ich war eigentlich immer sehr spontan, egal bei was im Leben. Hab dadurch viel einstecken müssen, den ein oder anderen Fehler eingestehen und habe manchmal auch die vielleicht nicht beste Entscheidung für diesen Moment getroffen.
Aber es hat mich all das zu der Person gemacht die ich heute bin. Bereue nichts was ich getan hab, weil heute weiß ich das ich aus meinen Fehlern gelernt habe und mich jeder Rückschlag nur stärker gemacht hat. 
Man muss für sich selbst entscheiden was gut oder schlecht ist. Niemand kann einem den Weg zeigen, ihr müsst ihn alleine finden. 😊
Seid ihr eher spontan oder denkt ihr über alles lieber nochmal nach?
