Finishing up week 2/8 and starting to feel like a human again, instead of a piece of linguine pasta that has only been cooked in the middle so it’s somehow stiff and wobbly at the same time. .
Something that I get asked a LOT: “how do you stay motivated to show up every day”. This is the true answer... literally motivation has 0% to do with whether I go to practice or not. ZERO. I go when I’m feeling like garbage, when I don’t want to be there, when I have a headache, when I’m tired and run down... Because me achieving my goal isn’t an option for me. So neither is putting the work in. .
I’m so passionate about the fact that we can do anything. But I truly feel that to DO it.. we have to DO the necessary things it takes. No more excuses. Nope. None. Ready? Let’s go 💪✨.
