KETCHUP AND MUSTARD 🍔
Okay, not really. It’s actually paint and water, but it began with ketchup and mustard as Hayes color mixed the two out to eat. 🤪 - my sweet creative soul. As he swirled his knife around I had a total 💡moment. - oh, we can do this! So we did.
Back at home, I grabbed our under the bed storage bin and lined it with some paper towels. I thought it would be cool for him to see the colors absorb into the towel. And it totally worked! 🎉 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Squirt some paint in each condiment container - linked above in bio - and fill the rest with water. Shake, and you’re good to go. I use paint with Hayes because I know he won’t try and eat it. 👍🏼Four year old perks. If you’re unsure, try food coloring. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
We also tried blue and yellow and it looked so pretty! The colors were so vibrant. Nothing beats learning by doing - “Hey, mom. Remember the time when...” - the magic start to knowing what you set up stuck. 💡Read all in the link above! ☝🏼
