This past week has been hard, and if you don't know the struggles of PCOS, it's probably worth a google. 😉

Before starting this journey, PCOS symptoms would have completely broken me, I've quit so many times out of frustration... until now!!

Don't get me wrong, I still don't want to do this everyday, I still don't feel like exercising everyday.. but I'm STILL showing up. 💪

I’ve mentioned that I used to drink a lot in college, but I don’t know if I have ever said just how much.
.
I mean, I drank the same amount as the next frat guy, but compared to my life now, it’s night and day.
.
I used to not just drink, but get pretty hammered MOST nights of the week. Aaaannnnd it usually took priority over classes.
.
I think my fraternity brothers and I enjoyed drinking competitions amongst ourselves much more than just partying. Seriously though, there was a lot of pride behind being able to drink a lot. I can still remember who was best at beer pong, who holds the case race record, the teams that won the beer olympics. One time during a “Tour de Franzia” I beer bonged wine out of a FULL 4 story beer bong. At least I think I remember doing that...
.
There’s a lot of proud moments, and definitely some not so proud moments (depending on who I’m taking to). But, that was legit what I did for fun from freshman to my junior year of college.
.
Then, pretty much overnight that changed. I started working for Supplement Superstores, resigned from my position in the fraternity, dropped out of school, and pretty much all together stopped drinking.
.
I had found something worth dedicating my life and all my effort towards. It was a serious opportunity to build a career, become a business owner, and build a life. All in the supplement and fitness industry too. Believe it or not, I still did find time to workout regularly even in my drinking years.
.
Now, I have a drink maybe twice a month, if that. And, I cannot remember the last time I was actually drunk. Two beers has me hungover the next day now. College Kevin would be extremely disappointed.
.
I don’t think it was that I had a problem or anything. I think I tend to be an all in or all out type of person. And for those years of my life, drinking and having fun was THE priority. Now, improving my personal fitness, helping others improve theirs, and building an entire business around that is the priority.
.
Also, this was probably the most embarrassing photo I could find from college, so, you’re welcome. The one thing that hasn’t changed is how much I like to show off these thighs.

Killed back day today.

This lat pull down machine is one of my favorites for back day because the movement is fixed so you can really focus on your lats when pulling down.

Wide grip cable rows are a must for my back day because I can feel the squeeze in my traps and upper back more than most other back exercises.

These cable lat pulldowns with the rope attachment are great for your stabilizer muscles and another great way to focus on your lats. I like to let my shoulder blades go all the way up and back down for these to get a really good stretch with my lats.

Zawsze swoim podopiecznym,chociaż w sumie nie podoba mi się to słowo wiec może niech będzie ze zawsze ludzia z którymi mam przyjemność pracować wpajam następujące zasady bhp :
-jesteś chory - nie ćwiczysz -jesteś skacowany - nie ćwiczysz -jesteś przemęczony -nie ćwiczysz -nie dojadles - nie ćwiczysz -zrobiłeś 4 tyg ciężkich treningów-Kolejny tydzień poświęcasz na regenerację -masz kontuzje lub coś cię boli-nie trenujesz danej partii aż nie przestanie bolec 
Itp itd ....i to nieraz mocno się nerwami unosiłam jak ktoś się nie stosował 😂😂
No i teraz przysłowie „szewc bez butów chodzi” sprawdza się idealnie w moim przypadku . Będąc przeziębionym osłabionym i skacowanym 😜postanowiłem iść zrobić ciężka klatę ... oczywiście zakuło w barku...cóż życie...ale za to na drugi dzień wpadłem na genialny pomysł ze pojde poboksować 😜😜😜bo napewno to pomoże na bark 😂😂😂 no i skończyło się tak ze napewno przez najbliższe tygodnie o treningiem górnych partii i czy o jakiś uderzeniach mogę zapomnieć ... brawo ja ....ale jeszcze musi być refleksja ... śmiem twierdzić ze nawet najlepszy trener musi ...musi mieć trenera ... kogoś kto przytemperuje chore ambicje,kto nie pozwoli kombinować oraz obiektywnie doradzi lub oceni ... bo innym dobrze radzić jest łatwo ale samemu sobie to już wyższa szkoła jazdy 👊👊👊
