had a delicious breakfast at the Talbot when i thought I was ordering the classic hipster dish of eggs and avocado on toast, but to my surprise, when my dish arrived it wasnt what I expected. Instead of  egg mayo, it was avocado eggs. Smushing the avocado and mixing them with the mushed hard boiled eggs, adding those to sour bread! 
I'm going to try this at home, I have a feeling everyone enjoyed the silence when my dish arrived, as I was too busy enjoying my meal than being sociable hahaha.

Meat option number 2 is a rich and flavoursome (yet nutritious) chilli (yes I know this was posted recently but I didn't like the other picture ha)

Our chilli was one of the first recipes to make our final list.  Made with a mix of beef and turkey, it really packs a lot of taste and depth of flavour (and just the right amount of heat 🔥).

Extras added to perfection and all wrapped in stuff thats good for the environment 🌍

Did we mention that this is nutritionally balanced too?  Whats not to love ♥️

If you are struggeling with eating your greens, like broccoli, just shredd it and add it to some minced beef and make pattys, tater tots or what ever the h*ck you want. 😄

I've added a hundred grams of cheese, cause of ... well ... CHEEEESE 🧀, 50 grams of oats (its like 30 grams of carbs, so I'm still low carb ☝️🏽😛), 1 egg and some seasoning. And thats it 🤗
30 minutes in the oven et voilà. ☀

VEGAN FOR LIFE 🌺🍠🌼🌱🌸 so today is April Fool’s so I took the opportunity to prank my family and you guys through my story that I was going to start eating eggs and fish again for my digestive issues 😂 speaking of which, thank you so much for the support and advice on the last post. My eye twitching is definitely from stress and I’m going to be taking a stool test to identify if I have a bacterial infection or parasites that are causing my digestive issues. I’ll keep you all updated! In the mean time I just need to remind myself to be kind and patient with my body. I’ve had digestive issues my whole life, before, during and after my eating disorder and it’s still something that impacts me every now and then. Nonetheless, I know it’s not because of veganism and that I will always put the animals and Mother Nature first. There is always a cruelty free way, option, path and opportunity. There are so many ways to eat vegan as there is non vegan, and so many factors that impact our health besides diet. Stress (both physically and mentally) plays a huge role in our lives and it’s something I’m still finding balance with... Needless to say going vegan has still been the best decision of my life. It healed my mind, body, heart and soul, opening me up to a world of abundance and love that I can only hope to take this infinite energy and heal the world in return 🙏🏻 Plants are so magical. Just look at this glowing purple sweet potato and how much nourishment it provides, illuminating beyond a garden of flourishing fluorescent pinks, yellows and greens 🌺🍠🌼🌱🌸 I have no doubts in my mind... once you make the connection, you can never go back. I clove Garlic! I add it to every meal almost 🙈⁣
It took this 🥑 toast to a whole new level 🙌 ⁣
Toast sourdough in EVOO on Med heat, turn up the 🔥 to Med-hi, once pan is really hot then add splash of oil, garlic, and cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt and any herb of your choice. Toss for a few minutes and add to 🥑🍞. ⁣

2. Boil water.⁣
3. Use a spoon to lower egg in water.⁣
4. Set timer for 6m.⁣
5. Transfer to ice bath and remove shell.⁣

On a constant search for good GF alternatives in the city, I found a new favorite & filled that craving with exactly what I needed. Chia pudding 🏵 soak 1/4 chia seeds with 1 cup of plant based milk. Let it sit for at least one hour to preferrably overnight. Stir a few times in the first 10-20 minutes to break apart clumps.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🏵 place some yogurt in two bowls. Colour them with natural food powders 🏵 add 2 T of yogurt to the chia pudding.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🏵 start layering, chia pudding, then coloured yogurt, then plain yogurt, then coloured yogurt. Alternatively you can also add coloured food powder to the chia seed pudding.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🍂 Rice Roll : beras hitam yg digulung pake telur dadar, aku pake beras hitam makanya susah bgt sbnrnya bikin gulung krn teksturnya gak bisa padet.. mungkin lebih baik pake beras coklat atau beras merah aja ya..
🍂 Grilled Chicken: seperti biasa dada ayam yg dibumbui garam bawang putih kasih taburan oregano
🍂 Veggies: aku kali ini pilih pakcoy dan wortel biar warnanya makin cantik .
Ini sih tips dari aku walaupun makanan kita sederhana tapi kalo disyukuri itu akan terasa nikmat.. pernah gak sih bosen makan makanan diet?? Tentu aku pernah.. tapi coba deh pikirkan kembali, orang lain mungkin ada yg gak sempat merasa bosan sama makanan krn untuk makan aja susah apalagi untuk milih2 makanan.. kita yg masih berkecukapan ini bisa apalagi selain banyak2 bersyukur.. ☺️☺️
