This right here is Black Man joy. It’s the result of one of my goals/dreams becoming reality. It’s what I want for all black men...especially startup founders and small biz owners. Yes, we have the challenges of running our biz and living with the facts of being a Black man in the U.S. or U.K…but, that shouldn’t stop us from having joy in our lives.
Over the past 10 years, I'm grateful that I’ve: - Founded or Co-founded 3 startups in 3 different industries
- Led one of the 3 startups to having a strategic partnership with Purdue University and accepted into a startup accelerator
- Created and taught a multi-city yoga-based mental health program for entrepreneurs that improved the lives of 30+ people
- Selected as a mentor for 2 cohorts of the Jumpstart Foundry Accelerator for high-growth tech startups
- Helped a 30-ish year-old startup founder reduce his burnout, spend more quality time with his wife ❤, and create 2 new revenue streams for his business.
By the way, I’m a walking testimony of the power of creating mental wealth. I’ve experienced burnout, depression, self-doubt, life-threatening medical issues...AND…I still had these wins.
I want to show you how to begin your mental mastery and create mental wealth.
If you’re a Black man and startup founder/small biz owner with less than 15 people on your team, and you’re determined to grow by bootstrapping, building community, and any means necessary, then comment “YES” or DM me to chat about creating the mental wealth and mastery to make it happen...and have joy in your life along the way.
I’m looking for 8 Black men who are startup founders or small biz owners to speak with before Friday 9/20.
And if it’s not you, show me some love on this post and/or tag a friend! 😊
