I’m almost 40 years old and I still deal with “ mean girls “ - I’ve dealt with cyber bullying, harassing phone calls, text, spoof numbers texting and calling me, physical assault, stalking and endless house visits from the sheriffs department reporting and documenting each isolated incident. Do you know what each officer said to me “ they are pathetic and clearly they have no life so the obsess over yours “ That very true statement never really registered with me until I stopped focusing on problem and began focusing on ME! Focusing on how I can heal, respond or pursue this issue.
Where your attention goes energy flows- good or bad!
I truly believe these recent experiences prepared me as a mother - by being completely open, receptive and empathetic when either of my children or their friends speak to me about what they are dealing with and how bullying has effected them. It’s a fucking epidemic and it must STOP!
It’s not easy to ignore constant mental, emotional or physical attacks- it hurts DEEP!
If you can change your perspective and look at that miserable human for what they are.... just that- a miserable human, they will begin to lose that power they once had over you.
It’s up to you to take your power back and take action, even if it’s legal action. Hate crimes are at an all time high and it’s our responsibility to fight back. If you witness someone being bullied, do something about it- that person may no have any fight in them left! Take a stand, be a good human and help restore humanity.

nun war ich also #schwanger , ich war ängstlich, hatte 2 termine für eine operative #abtreibung platzen lassen, aus angst vor der op. mein liebling, du warst so ein liebes #baby, ich hatte eine hammermässige #schwangerschaft, mir ging es so gut mit dir, alles konnte ich machen bis zum schluss. arbeiten, rausgehen, einkaufen, putzen, eine woche vor der #geburt an einem hochzeitsfest, bis zum tag der geburt: von zu hause ausgeschlossen, weil wir in einer attikawohnung wohnten, platzte mir die #fruchtblase bei verwandten zuhause, es tröpfelte - sie platze nicht auf einmal. ich konnte nichts sagen, nicht nachhause, als mein mami gefühlte jahre mit dem ersatzschlüssel kam, stand ich draussen vor der haustür, mit nasser hose, als hätt ich hinein gepinkelt, ein kurzer momen, überkam mich die angst, tränen stiegen hoch, ja, nun ist es soweit, alles wird sich ändern. im spital, durfte ich noch spazieren gehen, da es noch nicht ganz so weit war, dann gegen 21:00 gings los, ich wollt ins wasser, dort stiegen die #schmerzen und ich omg als ich blut sah, wollte ich dringend aufs klo, weil es ja immer heisst die frauen machen ihr geschäft unter der geburt. die presswehen kahmen und es war so angenehm auf dem klo, ne, mein geschäft konnt ich nicht machen, es fühlte sich nur so an. die #hebamme zog mich auf den gebärstuhl, weil ich auf dem klo bleiben wollte, es war echt so angenehm. ja, und plötzlich kam eine so heftige wehe, als ich nach medikamenten fragte, sagte man mir der kopf ist da, sie brauchen keine medis. das sagt mir jemand der nicht gerade gefühlt vom metzger aufgeschlitzt wurde bei lebendigem leibe 😂 egal 22:43 warst du da, alles andere vergessen und am nächsten tag gingen wir schon nachhause. mein bezaubernder, süsser, kleiner engel, welcher mir heute ganz viel freude bereitet. du bist so lieb, sensibel und ein unglaublich toller junge! ich bin glücklich, dass es dich gibt!
