🔵 Voglia di dolce? Eccovi una velocissima ricetta per realizzare dei choco muffins da gustare a colazione o come snack sano e super light💪🏻
🔵Per realizzarli vi serviranno:
-120g farina a scelta (io saraceno)
-100g quark magro (o ricotta light se non lo trovate)
-1 uovo
-4 cucchiaini stevia (o altro dolcificante)
-15g cacao amaro
-8g lievito
🔵Procedimento: Accendere il forno ventilato a 180º. Sbattere l’uovo con il dolcificante, aggiungere il quark e mescolare bene, mano a mano aggiungere le polveri setacciando farina, cacao e lievito. 🔵Per realizzarli vi serviranno:

3 sets of 10 relatively comfortable reps. Really happy with this because 2 months ago I found 6 reps really hard.

CURRENT SHAPE
Tanken med de närmaste månaderna var att jag skulle börja med en variant av bulk just för att se vad min kropp kan göra. Jag har verkligen inte lagt på mig mycket än, men det tar faktiskt lite på psyket att inte se sina muskler lika tydligt längre. Jag märker och andra sidan hur stark jag blivit det senaste, jag ser mer resultat och det är roligare att träna. Jag kommer fortfarande fortsätta med min plan just för att jag vill se hur långt jag kan komma, men det går inte att sticka under stolen med att det på ett sätt är jobbigt, men man måste tänka längre än så! 🌸
