Australien wir kommen... 😱 ich hatte heute meinen letzten Arbeitstag für 2019! 🙈 Nun sitzen wir gleich im Bus auf dem Weg nach Frankfurt und morgen geht’s mit dem Flieger 🛫 zuerst nach Taipeh. PLEASE READ🙏🏻Fact: let me tell you why this is so far more beneficial with the INERTIA WAVE versus a battle rope, or 25 pound plate. 
1- When you hold something heavy in your hand and rotate side to side with your ischial tuberosities and or sitz bones on the ground —FEET PLANTED... it’s nothing more than disproportionate forces in the lower lumbar spine, & sacral iliac joint.  AKA “A disk grinder” .
However with your feet off the ground and fighting against the oscillating tube which is pulling you up as the tube rises… vs. Not making you migrate forward or into spinal flexion because of the heavy load of a weight in your hand… you’re actually engaging the musculature , rather than stressing your low back..Are you with me? This is a perfect representation of what we’re trying to accomplish we just didn’t have the right application. ☑️We only know what we know right? Monkey see monkey do… It’s not your fault. .
In the same position if you did the crossfire method with your elbows high “thumbs up grip” it’s even far superior because you’re fighting against the inertia which is actually resisting the rotation so you don’t have to twist side to side.,

Normally I talk about weightloss.  The picture to the left was after I reduced 27+ lbs and at my leanest.  I've trained with weights almost 5-6 days a week for the last 4 years to add on 10 lbs. of muscle and put more curves in the right places.

Can you gain muscle on keto?  I've been keto 3 of the 4 years I've been training.  I clearly say yes!

Pull Day & Strength Building. I used @iprfitness.training Stability Blocks here and noticed a difference in my stance and my strength. My feet are planted solid and not moving. Sumo Dead’s use your entire body for strength but you need to pull with your lower body and not place unnecessary stress on your lower back. That’s the key. I really need to thank @abfitnessstudio Barry Bostick my champion powerlifting friend and trainer who spent many years working with me in NJ. He taught me everything I know. Squat low, chest up, bar touching legs and pull with your legs. I love this quick little drop I discovered while exploring movement on the hoop one day 🤗 I don't know if this drop has a specific name but I love doing it. Even though it roughs up the sides and back of the knees, it's still worth doing again and again!

WARNING LONG MENTAL HEALTH POST

Taking a moment to talk about mental health... I am super into my physical health and working out taking 0-1 off days a week and typically eating healthy.  Health and fitness are such a big part of my life I’m revolving my career around it to help inspire others to live fit lives.  But let me tell you this week has been very difficult for me and it’s only Monday... not physical but mentally.  I studied all weekend for my exam just to figure out what I studied was not what the test was on.  This really brought me down made me feel dumb and unmotivated to work on assignments for other classes.  I felt like a “failure”. Which is an awful mindset to start off finals week with.  So I treated myself went off the diet tonight because my mental health is more important than my physical health right now.  Yes the two do connect but right now I need to get back up try again and push myself to do better.  Your mental health is more important than any test, Interview, assignment and or meeting take care of yourself first.  Sometimes I feel as If I am my own worst enemy.  I am such outgoing friendly positive person in other people’s life and I need to learn to be more friendly to myself in times of stress.  All I can do is do my best and try and stress less and forget the rest.  The most important type of Love is self love! I’ve been so much better at loving myself this past year! Making better decisions and looking out for my future! But this week really hit me hard.  So please if your stressing like me forgive yourself don’t hold grudges❤️ best way to relieve stress for me is always hitting the gym!
