Scrambled Eggs and Sausage Breakfast Prep - Today we're going with a savoury breakfast meal prep option. This is a carb free breakfast and is great for anyone who is not to keen on oatmeal. We used kale and tomatoes as our veggies but feel free to add your favourites! The recipe below makes enough for two. Don't forget to visit Simshomekitchen online for more recipes. Happy Monday!

Recipe: Cook 4 beef/chicken sausages (follow instructions on packaging) + crack 3-4 eggs open into a medium sized bowl + add a pinch of salt and pepper + beat the eggs with a fork + heat 1/2-1 tbs of butter in a pan + pour the eggs into the pan + stir slowly using a spatula or wooden spoon + remove once the eggs are cooked + chop 2 handfuls of baby tomatoes + prepare 2 handfuls of kale (boil or pan fry) + add all of the ingredients to the bowls as shown + Meal Prep done in under 30 minutes!

Pour cette recette, je me suis inspirée d’un de mes références healthy en terme de site culinaire :
@fourchette_et_bikini 😉 J’ai mis davantage de lait pour avoir un aspect plus flan 🍮

La recette :
💎 3 œufs 🥚
💎 75gr de sucre : j’ai mélangé trois type de sucres : du sucre canderel à la vanille 10gr, du sucre rapadura (complet) 40gr et du sucre cassonade 25gr.
💎 40gr de farine
💎 40gr de maïzena
💎 30cl de lait : j’ai fais un mix de lait d’amande @na_natureaddicts et de lait écrémé
💎 700gr de cerises minimum 🍒 
Enfournez à 220 degrés et hop c’est parti pour 40min 👌🏻 Vous pouvez ensuite le laissez reposer et entre nous c’est quand même meilleur après l’avoir mis au frais ❄️

Et bien sûr je laisse les Noyaux des cerises 🍒 pour préserver leur goût, comme ma maman me l’a toujours appris 🤗 et vous vous êtes plutôt team Avec ou team Sans ?

50 g Pea protein (from MyProtein, can be changed for another source of protein either with more flour)
1 tsp baking powder
40g pure cacao

2 no-egg (2 tbsp flaxseed + 70ml water)

Krówki o smaku słonego karmelu 😍 jesteśmy w nich zakochani 🥰 Składniki: sól himalajska - 2 g (1 szczypta), syrop klonowy - 20 g (2 łyżki), banan - 60 g (1/2 sztuki), olej kokosowy - 75 g (3 łyżki), masło orzechowe - 120 g (6 łyżek) ||| Przygotowanie: Banana zmiksować. W garnuszku rozpuścić olej kokosowy, dodać masło orzechowe (może być też migdałowe albo inne ulubione), syrop klonowy (lub miód) i szczyptę soli. Zmiksować z bananem (musi powstać w miarę gładka masa). Przelać do pojemnika wyłożonego papierem do pieczenia i wstawić do zamrażarki na 50-60 min. Krówki pokroić na kawałki. Przechowywać w lodówce. Need to focus more on fluidity and momentum each week and it’ll all come together - that press at the top also needs tightening. Apart from that, very happy with this.

Fair, I’m still using a band, but in the end I won’t be and that’s what counts.
When I hit my muscle-up practice I aim for 5sets of 5reps, I don’t ever wanna go all in and burn myself out, I wanna take it smooth and seriously think about the motions at hand, the rest will come.

It also helps stimulate growth of new muscle and get ready for our next workout. 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️ We prepare a simple post-workout meals as our meals after swimming🏊🏻‍♂️🏊‍♀️. Grilled mushroom, scrambled eggs and tempeh.

Mushrooms are full of vitamins and minerals. They are a good source of copper, niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), potassium, phosphorus, and iron. B vitamins assist in the release of energy from carbohydrate, protein, and fat.

👩🏻‍🍳 Buckwheat Almond Protein Bread:
3 egg whites + 1 yolk
2 TBS Buckwheat Flour
2 TBS Almond Flour
3/4 scoop devotionnutrition Angel Food Cake
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon.
1 tsp allspices
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp baking powder.
1/3 cup water

Beat egg whites until stiff peak form. Add yolk, baking powder, apple cider vinegar and beat again. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir. Add water and stir again.
Pour your batter into silicone loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.  Let it cool and Enjoy 😊. .

Obiad na śniadanie😂 ale żeby nie było - o godzinie 7:30!😱🙌🏼 ja wolę na wytrawnie, chociaż niestety jest to mniej „instafriendly” 😐😂

Ostatnie dwa dni jadłam jajówę, więc dzisiaj przyszedł czas na odrobinę szaleństwa i zrobiłam sobie OMLETA💖 w wersji wytrawnej praktycznie zawsze robię go tak samo tylko przyprawy zmieniam:
✅duże jajko🥚
✅10g mąki sojowej (albo innej tylko nie kokosowej),
✅chlust mleka (no takie 2 łyżki😃),
✅przyprawy: kurkuma, sól, zioła. .
👉🏻jajko ubijamy na puszysto, łączymy składniki i smażymy omleta na lekko natłuszczonej patelni i średnim ogniu. Pod przykryciem. .

Farsz jest taki że niby indyjski czy jakiś, bo jest curry, kurkuma, imbir, bakłażan no to pasuje nie?🤪
✅1/3 cebuli,
✅3 plastry bakłażana🍆
✅pulpa pomidorowa🍅
✅curry, kurkuma, imbir, kumin, sos sojowy - nie powiem ile bo wszystkiego zawsze na oko sypię😔 według upodobań!💖

👉🏻plastry bakłażana posypujemy solą,
👉🏻cebulę kroimy w krążki i dusimy na oliwie z oliwek,
👉🏻bakłażana przemywamy wodą, kroimy w kostkę i dorzucamy do cebuli. Patelnie przykrywamy,
👉🏻gdy już bakłażan zmięknie, dolewamy pulpy i tak smażymy do momentu odparowania nadmiaru wody (jakieś 3 minuty). Doprawiamy przyprawami. .
