Chocolate Muffins
These gluten free chocolate muffins are a great treat with a cup of tea or coffee. They are sugar free and gluten free. I made these muffins for a girlfriend and we had a cup of chai tea with them they were delicious and healthy too.

Eating Healthy doesn't have to be boring.

Most of the time i eat the same foods out of simplicity for prepping them. Making leftovers is key for me.

This is a simple yet delicious recipe that you won't be disappointed with.

Thin sliced boneless chicken breast seasoned with salt and garlic powder and then covered in balsamic vinegar and topped with chopped tomatoes, minced garlic mixed with balsamic vinegar in an aluminum baking pan.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
.
Then after cooking it for 25 minutes you can broil for 5 to melt fresh mozzarella on it.
.
Serve with Ronzoni 150 pasta or rice.

BISCOTTI DOLCI SENZA FARINA.

Ingredienti:
➡️120g di banana ridotta a purea
➡️40g di cocco rapè

Procedimento:
Mischia bene i due ingredienti, forma i biscotti sulla carta da forno aiutandoti con due cucchiai (io ho fatto anche delle linee con la forchetta!) e cuoci a 180 gradi per 15 minuti.
Lasciali raffreddare e poi intingili per metà nel ➡️cioccolato sciolto (a bagnomaria o al microonde).
Usate il cioccolato che volete. Io ne ho usato uno al latte e al gusto cocco (sì, sono golosa 😂)

Wenn es mal wieder schnell gehen muss gibt es bei uns häufig #rührei. 
Dabei tun wir Eier und zusätzliches Eiweiß erstmal in die Pfanne und lassen es etwas stocken bevor wir sie verrühren. Dadurch bleiben Eiklar und Eigelb noch etwas getrennt. 
Wir haben das ganze dann noch mit Tomaten und #skyrella getoppt. Und natürlich nach Belieben würzen. 
Das ganze ist nur leider nichts bei Histaminunverträglichkeit.

Pur essendo consapevole di non riuscirci, proverò a non essere troppo logorroica e andrò dritta al punto.

È una storia a lieto fine se ve lo steste chiedendo, quindi non lasciatevi intimorire dall’inizio 😂
È stato un pomeriggio infernale: mi sono trovata davanti alla mia debolezza, il mio punto debole è stato investito in pieno, e tutto questo dopo 2/3 settimane in cui ero orgogliosa dei miei progressi.
Oggi mi è stato offerto un dolce, che io non mi sono sentita di rifiutare, per educazione, non perché mi andasse.
Quindi ti sei fatta rovinare il pomeriggio da un dolce? Si. E pure da uno di quelli stupidì, confezionati nella plastica. Un dolcetto alle mandorle mi ha fatto capire quanta strada debba ancora fare.
Va bene la mentalità 80-20, va bene togliersi gli sfizi, tutto molto bello e appagante, ma quando ti trovi a dover mangiare un dolce che non avevi previsto e ti crolla tutto, capisci che la strada è ancora lunga.
Ho cercato comunque di non dare tutta quell’importanza che avrei dato subito, ho cercato di ridimensionare e non pensarci.
E questo fatto, unito alla pioggia, allo stare seduta 6 ore, ha portato a uno scazzo assurdo. Di quelli che arrivi a casa e dormi nonostante non abbia mosso un muscolo per tutto il giorno. 
Ma sapete poi cos’ho fatto? Mi sono detta: no, in palestra ci vai. Perché ora può sembrare la cosa più difficile del mondo, ma sai che può solo farti bene.
E così è stato.
Mai avrei pensato di dirlo, ma dopo la palestra mi sentivo rinata.
Assurdo 😂
Per non parlare di come mi sento dopo questo riso 🥰 è il famoso piatto indiano che avevo letto su un menu, che non ero riuscita a prendere ma che mi ero ripromessa di provare al più presto: riso basmati🌾, uvetta🍇, gamberi🦐 e anacardi🥜.
UNA FAVOLA 👇🏻 continuo sotto che ovviamente ho parlato troppo 😅😑

Putting this out there as the best burger I’ve had in England. Trip to @lolajeansbar at hwkrmrkt on Friday whilst visiting Newcastle. This is the California, couple beef patties, smoked salt beef, mature cheddar, crispy pickle chips, red onion jam and ranch dressing. Preparate un brodo vegetale mettendo a bollire carota cipolla sedano ed salate il tutto ( se decidete di usare il dado farò finta di non avervi visto, ma usate quello a basso contenuto di sale). Fate cuocere nel brodo la zucca tagliata a quadretti per 15 minuti (controllate che sia morbida con una forchetta). Scolate la zucca e frullatela, aggiungendo una tazzina da caffè del brodo di cottura. Impiattate aggiungendo lo yogurt magro i crostini ed un pizzico di origano. .

🧡💛🧡💛My bestest ever pancakes for brekky yesterday. They turn out perfect EVERY time.

Just mix together 40g oats (I blitz in a food processor but this doesn’t have to be done, they will just be a bit more chunky) 4 tbsps Greek yoghurt, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a splash of milk to loosen. I pop the mixture in the fridge for 10 mins to thicken, you could also make the night before and keep in the fridge. Turn the pan up high then reduce the heat and start spooning the mixture into the pan in circles. I get 3-4 in my pan but when they are nearly cooked I bunch them together to get the last couple in. Served with my fave combo of blueberries and smoked bacon with a new syrup!! Thought I’d try the @clarksnaturalsweeteners maple & carob syrup. Delicious!! And only 0.5 syns per tsp 😍

Monday is here and after not feeling 💯 over the weekend, I definitely need my big bowl of Monday morning oats 😍 #mondaymotivation

My usual THICCC and creamy overnight chia oats made with @kin_nutrition vanilla vegan protein.
Warmed this morning and topped with just @nushfoods almond milk yoghurt, a lil banana, a sprinkle of homemade cardamom & orange granola, made with @southafricanfruit raisins 😋 and @pipandnut new super roasted extra crunchy peanut butter 🤤👌🐿

Sadly we are a man down 🤒 here today, so it’ll be a day of cosy’ing up with him 💙

My usual THICCC and creamy overnight chia oats made with @kin_nutrition vanilla vegan protein.
Warmed this morning and topped with just @nushfoods almond milk yoghurt, a lil banana, a sprinkle of homemade cardamom & orange granola, made with @southafricanfruit raisins 😋 and @pipandnut new super roasted extra crunchy peanut butter 🤤👌🐿

Sadly we are a man down 🤒 here today, so it’ll be a day of cosy’ing up with him 💙

Brawo @onedaymorepl że karmicie nas dobrze i nie wciskacie byle czego :) Znalezienie granoli z dobrym składem graniczy z cudem! Producenci jedynie w czym są dobrzy to w projektowaniu pięknych etykiet, ale na pewno nie w składach...większość to niestety sam cukier (lub jego przetworzone formy), oleje, tluszcze, emulgatory, przeciwzbrylacze i inne gówienka...a tutaj? BRUSCHETTA + BURRATA.

I stuffed a bell pepper with @mightysparkfood bruschetta chicken (chicken already blended with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and garlic) and served next to some burrata that I dressed up with some olive oil, fresh herb, sea salt, pepper, and fresh tomatoes. If you like these kind of flavors, you really need to give this dish a try. It was a delight.

Here is how I made everything:
.
1.First, preheat the oven to 425F.
.
2.While the oven was going, I cut open a pack of the @mightysparkfood bruschetta chicken and cooked it on medium heat for about 10 minutes… I used a wooden spatula to continuously break up the meat while it was cooking. You don’t need to season this any further… it is seasoned to incredibly well and will smell so good. You’ll be in for a treat.

3.While the meat is cooking, washed a bell pepper, sliced down the middle, & removed the seeds. You can put some cheese or veggies in here too, but I just went with the bruschetta chicken. I scooped in some of the chicken, packed it well, drizzled with olive oil, and put in the oven for another 10-12 minutes. You can keep it in longer depending on how cooked you like your pepper.

4.Once it was out of the oven, I plated it. I used @traderjoes burrata sliced in half (if you haven’t had burrata its fresh mozzarella cheese filled with cream…incredibly good) and drizzled some olive oil and some salt, pepper, and topped fresh herbs. You can do this however way you want.

Here’s my reminder to you that there’s a healthy way to lose weight and it definitely doesn’t involve starving yourself! ❤️*Swipe to see two more examples of why this doesn’t work*⠀

I want to keep you from making the same mistakes I did when I was younger. Starving yourself all day only to binge later at night won’t leave you feeling good! Not to mention all the hormonal issues and health issues that arise when we eat too little.⠀

Losing weight the healthy way may take more time but it will leave you feeling so much better overall! Eating in a slight calorie deficit while paying attention to the quality of our food, getting movement in, hydrating and picking up healthy habits along the way is where the magic happens. Here are my tips on how to lose weight the healthy way:⠀
.⠀
1️⃣ Stop drinking your calories, aside from low sugar kombuchas, actually green green juices (mostly veggies), & high quality protein shakes. Aka get rid of the juices, fruit smoothies, sodas, sugary coffee drinks etc⠀
2️⃣ Limit the processed foods you eat.⠀
3️⃣ Add tons of veggies to your dishes! This will add loads of volume.⠀
4️⃣ Make sure you’re getting an adequate amount of protein. This will help you feel full.⠀
5️⃣ Add in some healthy fats. Fats are super important for the absorption of certain vitamins & important for overall health.⠀
6️⃣ Find the right amount of whole food carbs for you. You definitely shouldn’t fear carbs either! Pick whole food ones like sweet potatoes, potatoes, fruit, rice & beans and you’re on the right track!⠀

Ingredients 🍱:
Meal 1 😋 👉 1 piece of salmon sprinkled with garlic and chipotle seasoning cooked for 3 mins on each side in olive oil over medium heat (heat the skillet first) + broccoli broiled (500F) for 7-8 mins + cauliflower rice cooked in 1 tbsp of ghee + 1 tsp of garlic powder.

Meal 2 😋👉 (made two servings of salmon) Preheat oven to 400F. I used two salmon fillets and put them in a baking dish. Then in a bowl I added 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and mixed it with 1/2- 1 tsp of sriracha depending on how spicy you want it. Then I poured 2/3 the mixture over the salmon, baked for 20 mins and broiled for 1-2 mins at the end. Added the rest of the mixture. Served with asparagus brushed with olive oil and baked for 15 mins at 400F and sweet potatoes also brushed with olive oil and cooked on my grill skillet because the oven was packed 👌

Brownie de batata doce 🍫

✔️3 ovos
✔️1 xícara de chá de batata doce cozida
✔️1 xícara de chá de nozes
✔️2 colheres de sopa de manteiga em temperatura ambiente
✔️4 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó 100%
✔️ 5 colheres de sopa de xylitol
✔️ 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
✔️pedaços de chocolate 75% cacau a gosto (usei da @javachocolates)

👉🏼 Bata todos os ingredientes em um multiprocessador até ficar um creme homogêneo.
Se preferir, bata tudo no liquidificador e misture por último a batata doce amassada.
Despeje a massa em uma forma quadrada de  23 cm untada com manteiga. (Usei uma forma de silicone da @magazinediniz)
Por cima da massa, coloque pedaços de chocolate acima de 75% cacau picado a gosto.
Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200º por uns 15 min.

Fica simplesmente delicioso e não fica com gosto de batata doce!!!! 😍🤗
