as the weather cools down this is a winters dream breakfast✨creamy oats with lashings of honey, fresh fruits and raisins 🤤
OATS are a fantastic source of fiber and are a slow digesting carbohydrate to keep you feeling fuller for longer to give you that feeling of ‘steady energy’ which makes these babies the peeeerfect brekky food to see you through till lunch time 🙌🏼 i also sometimes like to stir through hemp and chia seeds for added omega 3’s which are extremely important when following a plant based diet! And in most my oat bowls i stir through @superfeast tremella because it adds the most INSANE malty caramelly flavour (it literally tastes like cereal milk) and is amazing for your skin and cellular hydration, digestion and is high in antioxidants ⚡️ I topped this bowl with raisins and cacao nibs from @nutsaboutlifeaustralia (this is currently where im getting all my nuts, seeds and ‘bowl toppings’ from), fresh banana, apple and of course @beepoweraustralia raw honey because its the most amazing flavoured unheated honey and what is a bowl of dreamy oats without lashings of honey?! 🍯 i often make this the night before so its ready to go in the morning so that leaves one less thing to do when i wake up 😂 and you can eat it cold or warm it up for a couple of minutes on those extra chilly mornings... melbournians they are coming 😭❄️ .
This is the definition of a BALANCED brekky (or lunch!) and will keep your tummy verrrry happy🥰
