Being physically fit is an important part of being healthy. Exercise improves mood, reduces risk of chronic disease, improves bone and muscle health… the list goes on and on. However, there is a dark side to fitness. In some cases, obsession with being fit can make one physically and/or mentally UNhealthy. 
For example, restricting calories for prolonged periods of time, in order to achieve a certain aesthetic can lead to nutrient deficiencies. Becoming body image obsessed is mentally unhealthy. Missing out on personal connections because of time dedicated to training can leave one feeling depressed and isolated.
The key is balance. Fitness should contribute to your health and wellbeing, not take from it.

🔴Первым делом разминаем тазобедренный сустав - бедром старайтесь очертить максимально большой круг, 8 раз на каждую сторону (двумя ногами тоже можно 🦶🏼🦶🏼

👉Больно? Тогда делайте амплитуду меньше.
⠀
👉Хрустит сустав? Это нормально.
⠀
🌕“Бабочка”
Стараемся мышцами опустить колени как можно ниже.
Пружиним 30 секунд.
⠀
🌕Теперь берем себя за щиколотки и локтями прижимаем колени к полу.
⠀
🌕“Наклоны”
Сидим, ноги врозь, наклоняемся по 8 раз к каждой ноге. В конце замираем на 30 секунд у каждой ноги.

🌕Наклоняемся вперед - плавно, насколько сможете.
Спина прямая, не заваливайте стопу вперед.
⠀
🌕“Лягушка”
Стоим на четвереньках - разъезжаемся коленями в разные стороны (таз и колени на одной линии).

Задерживаемся в этой позе на 30 секунд, если тяжело - поставьте локти на пол.

Training Fasted vs Training Fed (READ 👇)

For the first time in a long time I trained fed today (had a meal before my workout) Unsurprisingly to me, it wasn’t a great sesh.
.
I have been training fasted (first thing in the morning) for years. I feel strongest in the morning and I’m super focused so this works best for me.
.
This is how you should approach training. How do you feel best? Fed/Fasted? What time do you feel best? AM/Midday/Evening
.
Everyone is different and there is no cookie cutter ideal for all of us. Learn to listen to your body and experiment with different times/different pre workout meals/non meals.
.
Unless you’re training to be Mr Olympia, you don’t need to worry about meal timing. It won’t impact you as much as a bad sesh at the gym will.
.
So get that mentality of “I need to eat to fuel my workout” and “I gotta eat something every 3 hours or I’ll shrivel up into a raisin” out of your head.
.

Training Fasted vs Training Fed (READ 👇)

For the first time in a long time I trained fed today (had a meal before my workout) Unsurprisingly to me, it wasn’t a great sesh.

I have been training fasted (first thing in the morning) for years. I feel strongest in the morning and I’m super focused so this works best for me.
.
This is how you should approach training. How do you feel best? Fed/Fasted? What time do you feel best? AM/Midday/Evening
.
Everyone is different and there is no cookie cutter ideal for all of us. Learn to listen to your body and experiment with different times/different pre workout meals/non meals.

Unless you’re training to be Mr Olympia, you don’t need to worry about meal timing. It won’t impact you as much as a bad sesh at the gym will.
.
So get that mentality of “I need to eat to fuel my workout” and “I gotta eat something every 3 hours or I’ll shrivel up into a raisin” out of your head.
