☆ summer salad ☆
I basically threw everything I had in my fridge/pantry in this bad boy and it turned out amazinggg (& looked really pretty too). I blackened my chicken this time & its my new fav way to make it! you get a pan on the stove super super hot, then (after putting your seasoning on of course) pop your chicken breast in there and let it sit for about a minute before flipping it to the other side. then stick it in the oven to cook the rest of the way through & its nice and crispy on the outside!
the rest of the salad has spinach, cabbage, shredded carrots, red onions, grape tomatoes, strawberries, hemp hearts, & almond slices. I did my usual dressing of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic salt, & pepper.
