MUSTARD FISH WITH CURRY LEAVES 🌿🌿🌿

Would you like to try the recipe for a change in taste and flavour??? 😋😋😋😋😋 🌿INGREDIENTS〰️ fish (of your choice) 4 pieces (I have used rohu fish), black mustard seeds 50gm, white mustard seeds 50gm, curd 2 tsp, turmeric powder 2tsp, green chillies 4, curry leaves 5/6, nigella seeds half tsp, oil 2tablespoon, salt 🌿PROCESS 〰️ Wash the fish pieces and marinate with turmeric powder and salt for 10 minutes. Pour oil in the pan and lightly fry the fish. Keep aside. Paste the mustard seeds together with little water and strain it to separate the skin. Add the nigella seeds and curry leaves into the remaining oil. After 30 seconds add curd and mix well. Add the strained mustard paste, turmeric powder and salt. Add 1•5 cup of water. When the mixture starts to boil add the fish pieces. Cook for 15 minutes in low flame. Turn the fish pieces in between. Now add the green chillies and 1 tsp of mustard oil (optional).Turn off the oven.
Serve with hot steamed rice. 😋
