Pull session today - little note on training whilst cutting (for those interested):
• I see a lot of people changing their training when they try to lose body fat. Personally, I wouldn’t. I kept my training the same throughout and made sure I was still trying to build strength and increase reps. You need to keep going pretty hard in the gym if you want to ensure you maintain muscle. • Also, training plan almost done. Love ❤️

I’m not sure why I look so tanned in this, or how I didn’t notice all of the handprints on the mirror🤦🏼‍♀️😂 Anyways, today I will hopefully be able to film a new workout which should be up either tonight or tomorrow morning. I’m also training legs tonight, and hoping to get a new PB on squats🤞I’ll let you all know how that goes😅 I hope you all have a lovely day💛
