Too afraid to hit the cable machine at the gym? GIRL... let’s crush that fear, as that machine can change your booty game. 🍑 ⠀⠀
Not only is the cable machine great when the gym is busy but you can perform a variety of exercise which target all sides of those juicy glutes... and less mess to tidy up (I’ll leave cleaning up for my house thank you 💁🏼‍♀️)

1️⃣ Kneeling Glute Pull Throughs (4x20). This one is my top favourite. It isolated in the glutes and leaves those hamstrings out of the way. Thrust and squeeze butt at the top for proper activation.

2️⃣ Banded Jump Squats (4x15)
Hold cable at chest level. Press knees into band and lower to 90 degrees. Press up through the heels and jump! You don’t need a lot of weight to be walking like Bambi after.

3️⃣ Banded deadlifts (4x12)
Hinge at the hips, keeping your back flat. I always use a mirror to ensure proper form. Keep arms straight and drive up through the hips and glutes, keeping a small bend at the knees, legs WIDE!

4️⃣ Goblet Pulse (4x20)
Oh gosh... these are ouch! 😵 place knees wider than shoulder width apart. Place cables at chest level. Lower down, weights in heels, pulse twice activating that booty, then press up and thrust hips forward. ⠀⠀

The brachialis is the muscle right beneath the long head of the biceps, which actually helps push up on the long head creating more of a peak. Any neutral grip will activate the brachialis. These neutral pull ups are personally my favorite type of pull up. As it doesn’t over fatigue my back or biceps completely. The reason being, my training plan is extremely strict, and I cannot over do myself. These are simply for a warmup and a great ab exercise if performing these pull ups in a Typewriter Pull-up technique at a 111 degree like angle. •

I got to the point a few weeks back that I thought to myself idk if mentally I can do another hip thrust, jk... but fr fr i was sick of hip thrusts. I’ve probably done 10000x at this point. 😂 I was doing them heavy 3 days a week at one point lol 🤢

Soooo....this smile on my face was AFTER I finished my #LaserTattooRemoval session with @laseraway!😅 This treatment hurts like a MF...but I will say in 2 sessions, my tattoo is noticeably lighter. Plus the staff is super hospitable!🙌🏽 I'm excited and scared all at the same time lol. The laser gets more intense with each treatment smh so ya girl is nervous! Oh well...I'm tough, I can handle it. 💯
