A delicious fruit bowl this morning packed with natural sweetness which is exactly what I was craving! Of course fruit alone wouldn’t fill me up for long so afterwards I had a bowl of my current favourite granola and oh my gosh you guys have to try it, the recipe is up on my IGTV ;) my fav fruit would have to be watermelon I mean it’s just so crunchy and sweet and perfect for the warmer months! Se que hace semanas subi una story y les vengo prometiendo la receta de esta granola tropical, súper simple y ni siquiera use un bowl para mezclar todo, lo puse directo en la lata y mezcle ahí.
Esto es un montón de granola, pero ustedes pueden hacer la mitad o lo que quieran.
Mezclar: 4 tazas de avena integral, 2 tazas de trigo inflado, 1 1/2 taza de frutos secos trozados ligeramente a su gusto (yo mezcle nueces, almendras, mani y pepas de zapallo), 1/2 taza de piña deshidratada , 1/2 taza de plátano deshidratado, 1 cdta de canela, 1/2 cdta jengibre en polvo, 1/2 cdta sal, 1cda de vainilla, 8cdas de aceite de coco , y 1/2 taza de jarabe de agave. Llevar a horno precalentado a 200 grados por 10 min luego sacar y añadir 1/2 taza de coco rallado y 1/2 taza de coco laminado, mezclar y llevar a horno por 10 min más. Dejar enfriar y chanchan.
Les prometo que mientras sacaba las fotos me comi un tercio de la granola con mi hermana 😂 cuentenme si les gusta

{unbezahlte Werbung} Ich hab mir vor kurzem wieder Granola selbst gemacht! 🙌🏼😊 Es geht super schnell und man kann es genau so machen, wie man es am liebsten mag. Das Schoko-Granola habe ich auf reishunger.de gefunden, es ist von der lieben @byanjushka . Es ist wirklich traumhaft lecker! 😍 
Das Rezept für das Helle habe ich hier für euch: 👇🏼 •100g grobe Haferflocken, 100g grobe Dinkelflocken, 50g gemischte Kerne und Samen (zB. Sonnenblumenkerne, Kürbiskerne, Leinsamen oä), 50g gehackte Nüsse deiner Wahl (ich mische immer alle möglichen Nüssen zusammen :)), 25-30g Süße (Ahornsirup, Agavendicksaft oä), Zimt, Vanilleextrakt/Pulver. •Mische alle Zutaten gut zusammen, breite sie auf  einem Backblech aus und schiebe es für ca. 20 Minuten bei 160 Grad Ober-/Untergitze in den Backofen. Nach 10 Minuten alles einmal gut durchmischen, damit alles schön gleichmäßig braun wird. ✨🌿Nothing better than waking up with a kitchen smelling cinnamon all over right ?! 🙄Okay the truth is I made this granola yesterday night but pretty sure the smell was still there this morning when I woke up🤩

👩‍🍳 Quick & easy Festive Crunchy granola (GF, Ve, RSF, oil free)
- 200g rolled oats (gluten free)
- 200g Pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts (I used a bag of organic mix nuts)
- 60ml of maple
- 1 TBP almond butter
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg - 1/2 tsp ginger powder
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✔️Heat the almond butter + maple syrup until both are combined. In a mixing bowl thought together all the ingredients & add the maple almond butter.
✔️Mix everything very well. Place on a baking tray. Spread out evenly. ✔️Bake for 25 min at 180C. Half way through. Take out the tray stir and put bake to cook😘 #potofkale ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today I have an idea for a very quick and tasty snack!  This is a skyr yogurt with homemade granola and pomegranate.  If you don't have an idea for fast protein delivery and something sweet, it's a great meal option.  Skyr contains trace amounts of fat, provides little calories, is a rich source of calcium and is an interesting alternative to natural yogurt because it contains more protein ❤️ just after training, but remember to choose natural skyr because fruit contains a large amount of sugar. Guten Morgen ich hab gestern etwas Neues ausprobiert 😍. Kennt ihr diese neue Ecke bei Kaufland in dem man Lebensmittel aus Insekten kaufen kann? Ich hab mir einmal Granola und Nudeln gekauft. Gestern habe ich das Granola zum Frühstück ausprobiert. Es schmeckt in Nachgeschmack leicht bitter und allgemein nicht so süß finde ich. Ansonsten konnte ich kein Unterschied feststellen ich habe es aber auch nur als Topping genutzt. Das würde ich auch empfehlen da es mit fast 3 Euro ziemlich teuer ist und der Geschmack leicht gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Vorteilhaft ist der hohe natürliche Eiweißgehalt der wirklich lange satt hält.
Für mein Müsli habe ich ca. 30g Haferflocken mit heißen Wasser aufgegossen. Nachdem sie weich geworden sind zu meinem Alpro Joghurt gegeben und ein paar gefrorene Himbeeren darunter gemischt. Als Topping habe ich Äpfel, Bananen, Cashews, Kakaonibs und das Granola verwendet. 
Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren. (Ps: Ich hab die Sorte mit Kürbiskernen und Himbeeren genommen es gibt aber auch Schokoladen- Sorten) ————————————————

This is my Christmas Granola🎄 .
#granolarecipe 
300g gf oats ( I like the big ones)
100g chopped Walnuts 
100g dried apricots cutted
3 tsp cinnamon 
1 pinch tonka bean 
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cardamom 
3 tsp speculoos spice
30ml  maple syrup
50ml Coconut oil melted 
Mix all in a large bowl
Bake on a baking sheet. 20min 200degrees. Mix all 5min. 
Let cool down completely.
Add 50g raw cocoa nibs and storage in a glas.

If you are anything like me, as a child I was raised on a bowl of cereal every morning. I now know that regular cereal contains so much sugar and other processed ingredients. Therefore, here at #aunatural living we make our own granola! Here is a good granola base recipe to make your own as well:

INGREDIENTS

4 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup slivered almonds or nuts of choice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: ⅔ cup dried fruit, chopped if large.

Also any other ingredients of your choice for your taste preferences.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, cinnamon and salt. Using a silicone or rubber spatula, stir to combine.
Add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir until every oat is lightly and evenly coated. Using your spatula, scrape the contents of the bowl onto your prepared pan, making sure to get every last bit of liquid. Spread the granola into an even layer.

Bake for about 25 minutes.

Let the granola cool completely on the pan. It will further crisp up as it cools.

Store the granola in an airtight container. If you’re adding dried fruit, mix it now. This granola will stay fresh at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

RECIPE ⬇️⬇️
🔹 2 cups of Oatmeal flakes 🔹chopped nuts (almonds , wallnuts , cachiws ... ) 🔹Some cinnamon 🔹Seeds ( sesame seeds , Flaxseeds ...) 🔹 1 tbs of honey 🍯 🔹 1/4 cup of coconut oil ==> mix everything and make sure all the mixture gets enough of the coconut oil .

In the oven for 10 min on low heat and mix from time to time . .
Let it completely cool then add other ingredients of your choice. 🔹chopped dates 🔹raisin 🔹 coconut flakes 🔹chocolate chips .

And the good thing is that you can have it with almost anything 🤤 : milk , yoghurt , smoothie bowl topping .... Perfect for breakfast , snack , pre or post workout meal ... .
Fun fact bout granola is that you can make it anyway u like , add any ingredient u prefer 😍

RECIPE ⬇️⬇️
🔹 2 cups of Oatmeal flakes 🔹chopped nuts (almonds , wallnuts , cachiws ... ) 🔹Some cinnamon 🔹Seeds ( sesame seeds , Flaxseeds ...) 🔹 1 tbs of honey 🍯 🔹 1/4 cup of coconut oil ==> mix everything and make sure all the mixture gets enough of the coconut oil .

In the oven for 10 min on low heat and mix from time to time . .
Let it completely cool then add other ingredients of your choice. 🔹chopped dates 🔹raisin 🔹 coconut flakes 🔹chocolate chips .

keep in in a jar or a container for about 3 months ( depends on the ingredients you added ).

Granola, como não amar essa maravilha? 
Infelizmente a maioria das granolas disponíveis no mercado tem adição de açúcar, mas testei uma receita aqui e ficou maravilhosa 🥰

Ingredientes: 
100g de aveia (eu uso a sem glúten)
1 col (sopa) bem cheia de óleo de coco
1 col (cafe) de xylitol 
Canela a gosto
Nuts e berries da sua preferência.
Eu usei uva passa, tâmara, gojiberries e castanha de caju.
.
Modo de preparo: Misture a aveia, óleo de coco e canela, coloque em uma forma (uso a de pizza, só colocar papel alumínio), asse a 180c por 10min, vá adicionando as nuts e por último os berries, sempre mexendo e atendo para não queimar, por mais 10min. E está pronta, bem crocante!

DECADENT CHOCOLATEY GRANOLA
Ingredients:
🍫 1 cup of puffed brown rice
🍫 1/4 cup Buckwheat kernels
🍫 1/4 cup coconut flakes (not desiccated or shredded; the big flakes)
🍫 1 tbsp chia seeds
🍫 1 tbsp hemp seeds
🍫 1 tbsp flaxseeds
🍫 1 tbsp psyllium husks
🍫 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
🍫 1 heaped tbsp raw cacao
🍫 1 tsp maca
🍫 1.5 tsp mesquite 🍫 (optional) 1tsp @pranaon white choc Otto fire protein
🍫 1/4 cup of hazelnuts (roughly chopped) 🍫 6 Medjool dates
🍫 2 tbsp @pana_organic choc hazelnut spread (or sub for almond or hazelnut butter if unavailable)
🍫 5-6 tbsp @ulu_hye hazelnut milk (or sub for any nut milk if unavailable)
🍫 2-3 tbsp goji berries
🍫 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
🍫 1-2 tsp Pepitas

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C fan forced.
2. In a bowl mix puffed rice, buckwheat, coconut, chia, hemp, flax, psyllium, oats, optional protein, cacao, Maca, mesquite and hazelnuts.
3. Blend nut milk, dates and nut butter.
4. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture until thoroughly combined. If for some reason you need a little more liquid (don’t give up too early though it takes a fair bit of mixing) then add another tsp or two of nut milk. It should form small clusters.
5. Place granola on lined baking tray and put in oven for 10-15 min.
6. Give granola a stir and put in for another 5 mins.
7. Add in goji, Pepitas and cacao nibs and leave to cool in tray.
8. Store in an airtight container.

Serving suggestions:
🍫 as a smoothie topper
🍫 with @califiafarms vanilla unsweetened almond milk
🍫 by the handful (it’s so addictive!! 😍)

Happy Friday! It's been quite the week so very happy to have this pear, cranberry and pecan granola to get me through. Really loving these bowls rn. How to 👇 It's perfect too if you're starting to  think about festive breakfasts! What are you looking forward to at the end of the week? Hope you've had a good one!

To make :
-Add a 1/4 cup rolled oats to a pan and toast for a minute or two.
- Next add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a small handful of pecans, almonds, dried cranberries and flame raisins to the pan and toast for a further minute.
- Turn off the heat and add a heaped teaspoon of maple syrup and give everything a good stir.
- Spread out on parchment paper to cool. It should be getting crispy after about 10 minutes so you can break it into clusters.
- Serve the granola with pears, yoghurt, raspberries and a spoonful of @pipandnut pumpkin spice almond butter.
- Enjoy!

👋 Granola cups 👋
Pour le petit-déj demain (ok, on avoue, pour le dessert de ce soir aussi...), ces granola cups n’attendent que d’être remplis de fruits frais 🍎 et de Cœur de Boule !

📌 Pour environ 12 cups, il vous faut :
• 250 g. de flocons d'épeautre ou d’avoine
• 300 g. de compote de pomme ou 1 banane écrasée
• 1 cuillère à café de cannelle moulue
• 120 g. de beurre de cacahuètes
• 50 g. de beurre d’amande
• quelques goûtes d'extrait de vanille bio
• quelques noisettes concassées
• un peu d’huile de coco

📌 Pour la garniture :
• du yaourt végétal de soja ou de coco
• des fruits de saison
• du chocolat noir 70%
.
👉 Commencez par broyer les flocons à l’aide d’un grand couteau ou dans un robot (pas trop finement pour conserver des morceaux).
.
👉 Dans un grand bol ou saladier, mélangez la compote de pomme, le beurre de cacahuètes et d’amande, jusqu’à obtenir un mélange homogène. Ajoutez ensuite l'épeautre, la cannelle, les noisettes concassée et la vanille. Mélangez à nouveau le tout.
.
👉 Préchauffez votre four à 180°C sur chaleur tournante.
.
👉 Dans des moules à muffins en silicone préalablement huilés, versez le mélange obtenu et donnez la forme d’une “cup” à l’aide de vos doigts.  Appuyez bien au fond et sur les parois, en laissant un trou au centre.
.
👉 Enfournez pendant environ 15 min jusqu'à ce que les “cups” soient bien dorées.
.
👉 Sortez du four et laissez refroidir avant de démouler.
.
👉 Pendant ce temps, faites fondre le chocolat noir au bain marie et coupez les fruits de saison en dés.

👉 Terminez en garnissant vos granolas cups de yaourt, de morceaux de fruits et d’une généreuse coulée de chocolat fondu 😍

Same procedure as every Sunday: Currently enjoying a big bowl of Apple & Cinnamon oatmeal with maple syrup fried apples & walnuts and a cup of coffee....in bed!🍎✨Breakfast in bed became such a Sunday habit and I can’t ever go back I think.

60 g oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 apple, grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
240 ml oatmylk 
120 ml water
1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Topping:
1 apple, cut in pieces
1 handful of walnuts
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
.
Method:
1. Add all oatmeal ingredients except maple syrup to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer while stirring frequently until creamy. Add maple syrup and a little more liquid if necessary.
2. For the fried apples heat coconut oil in a pan. Add apple pieces and fry for 2 min. Add maple syrup and cook until apple pieces are soft, stir in the walnuts in the last minute.

Gdy nie macie pomysłu na szybkie dostarczenie białka i coś w wersji słodkiej jest to świetna opcja posiłku. Skyr zawiera śladowe ilości tłuszczu, dostarcza niewiele kcal, jest bogatym źródłem wapnia i jest ciekawą alternatywą dla jogurtu naturalnego gdyż zawiera większa ilość białka ❤️ w sam raz po treningu ale pamiętajcie by wybierać skyr naturalny ponieważ owocowe zawierają duża ilość cukru.
