Если бы я не ощущала, как влияют тренировки на моё сознание, я бы никогда не стала той, кем являюсь. Давно бы бросила. Sund, simpel og super lækker opskrift som  kan bruges til mellemmåltid, snack, til børnenes madpakke eller bare hygge! 🥰

Opskrift:
▪️5 æg ▪️100g. Havregryn ▪️2 Bananer
▪️Kanel
Evt. Lidt ekstra banan skiver og en skive mørk chokolade til pynt.

Fremgangsmåde:
▪️Pre-varm ovnen til 180grader.
▪️Bland alle ingredienserne sammen i en gryde og pisk sammen med en ske.
▪️Kom dejen i en aflang kageform, muffin forme eller anden form.
▪️Pynt med bananskive og hakket chokolade hvis du ønsker den ekstra lækker ;) ▪️Bag i ovnen i 20min. Stik en gaffel i for at se om den er helt færdig. (Kommer der dej på gaflen er den ikke færdig.) .

As a daughter of a narcissistic mother, this is one of the things I've had to learn. We've had no boundaries for the majority of our life and are used to letting people put us down. These are great tips on not taking other people's comments personally. 
1. Don't give anyone else's comments permission to tear you down. .

2. Show yourself some love and be less judgmental of yourself. .
.
3. If some people in your life are sending you down a negative spiral mentally, let them go. .
.
4. Push aside the back stories and see things as an unbiased listener. .
.
5. Take a short break and concentrate on breathing whenever a situation takes you down a rabbit hole. .
.
.
It's hard not to take things personally when growing up that is all you were taught. We can make changes in ourselves. We can change our outlook on conversations and situations. We can protect our mental health by taking a breather when things get tough. We can heal and enjoy life. ❤

As a child i was a big fan of crayons, sharpies, watercolors , sketchbooks and coloring books ALOT more than barbie dolls .. to the point where I used to draw on the walls in my room unleashing my inner Banksy🙈 My brother still calls me “ Crayola Queen” 🤣. During my last year in high school, I was religiously holding on to my sketchbook and sketching during free periods ( I secretly skipped classes to draw aswell 🤪) .. I kept this hobby and took it with me all the way to university in the UK where I first got my diploma in Art , Media & Design then Moved on to Graphic communications. 
The point of this post is to never give up on your hobbies, no matter how busy your schedule is, always make time for them.. They say “ if you dont use it.. you’ll lose it” and remember,  when passion meets work, work becomes a hobby. 👩🏻‍🎨 •

1/2 cebola picadinha

Modo de preparo
Em uma panela refogue a cebola, e vá colocando aos poucos a sardinha, o atum, o requeijão, o catchup e a mostarda depois de uma boa refogada. Depois de frio ponha a maionese e reserve.

Montagem
Coloquei uma cenoura ralada, azeitonas picadinhas e alface lavado e bem seco (muito importante assim o sanduíche vai ficar com água e azedando)
Mas se preferir pode por milho verde, ervilhas (tudo escorrido) salsa, palmito e tomate, repolho e por ai vai...
Coloquei o patê na fatia do pão, o alface no meio, patê em cima do alface e outra fatia de pão, o importante é o pão estar em contato com o patê assim ele NÃO ficará seco por estar na geladeira,em seguida envolva todos os sanduíches em plástico filme.

Esse sanduiche tem validade por até 05 dias na geladeira,bem refrigerado. Essa receita rendeu 10 sanduíches, exatamente a quantidade do patê e do saco de pães de forma.

Dica de substituição : pão de fôrma integral, maionese caseira, creme de ricota ou cream cheese ou requeijão cremoso de boa procedência.

Why is cold weather my least favorite to ride in.... hummmm because I have to wear more clothes and therefore I sweat more. Then all of my bones freeze up and some even hurt. And it takes so long to defrost. Today wasn’t the WORST it could be but it’s been nicer. Lots of last minute things to do with our camping trip today. I am 4 months postpartum and have not stepped foot in a gym since having Jaelyn!  I don’t have time to go to the gym.... and honestly, I would rather get more stuff done at home than make a whole trip out of going to the gym.... ain’t nobody got time for that!! (At least mamas) 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll let you in on a secret.... you don’t have to have to gym to reach your postpartum goals!!! Make it a priority, use what you have accessible to you, workout when your baby is napping or even with your baby/kids! Do what is realistic FOR YOU!! If that’s working out from home when you can, then you go girl!! -
Have a set of dumbbells?! Do this quick workout for a great full body workout from home!! No dumbbells?! Water jugs will work too!! -

Building a solid foundation with very good form is the one thing that many people seem to find the short cut around, but I believe it’s imperative for your long term growth.

I get that everyone wants to lift heavy weight — it looks dope, you feel like a beast, and it catches others’ attention... but when you overlook the importance of form for lifting heavy weight, it’s only a matter of time until something goes wrong.

I preach about this often because I developed an injury due to that, and it took me out for 4 months, robbing me of my time put into the gym... build your foundation from the bottom up, and I promise your body will repay you.

Three Bean Salad by @healthyeating_jo 🥗 A bean salad with a delicious and tangy dressing that's great as a meal of its own or as a side!

Recipe:
400g cooked mixed beans (eg kidney, black, pinto)
1/2 red capsicum diced
100g cherry tomatoes quartered
2 spring onions sliced
1 celery stalk sliced
1 Lebanese cucumber seeded and diced
1/4 bunch each parsley & mint chopped
.
Dressing:
50ml apple cider vinegar
1/2 clove garlic minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Stevia drops to taste (balances acidity)
Whisk together 
Mix salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with dressing.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for the flavours to infuse further

I’m super close to being a qualified PT and I’m so excited!! I have so many ideas for what I want to do and I have some exciting announcements coming in the next few months 😊⁣

- 1/3 taza de dulce de leche sin azúcar @steviatrini
- 1/3 de yogur griego @kaynak_yogurt_griego
- 1 manzana horneada
- 1 scoop de prote vegana de vainilla “About Time” de @gnc.argentina
- 1/4 taza de harina de almendras
- 1/4 taza de harina de arroz
- 2 claras @eggcellencearg
- Vainilla
- Stevia
1. Mixee todo.
2. Llevé a un molde para horno.
3. Y cocine por 15 min a fuego medio, el horno ya estaba caliente.
Retirar, dejar enfriar, cortar y disfrutarrrrrrrrr
