I found this brand laced with turmeric & seeing as I consume that regularly I thought I’d see if it would improve some of my post-natal wrist pain.

While it’s not a miraculous cure: I’ve gone from needing to strap my wrist everyday to not needing the strapping. Still a bit of pain & could it just be it’s healing itself? I don’t know.

For now I’ll keep taking the magic formula until I run out. Give it a shot, no harm in trying!

Perfect for overnight oats 🥣, to froth my coffee ☕ and for THESE dreamy dreamy squares⬇ Notice the new cutely designed carton too! 
Ingredients: 📍125ml @BlueDiamondUK Unsweetened Almond Breeze
📍200g chopped dates 📍2 tbsp melted coconut oil 📍2 tbsp cacao
📍tsp maple syrup
📍30g pistachios
📍1/3 cup sultanas and raisins mixed 📍handful chopped almonds
📍50g dark chocolate - chopped
📍40g rise krispies
📍handful dairy free white chocolate buttons - halved 
Method: 
Blend the Almond Breeze 🥛, dates, coconut oil 🥥, cacao and maple syrup in a food processor for approx. 3 mins. If needed, add a dash of hot water 💦 to help the mix easily blend. The desired texture is thick but smooth 👌 - like that perfect cake frosting🧁! Put in a large mixing bowl and stir in all other ingredients 🥜🍫. Spoon into a grease-proofed baking tray and place in the freezer for 2⃣ hours. Remove, leave for 5 minutes to soften and DEVOUR 🤤🤤

Holky, představuji Vám Katku. Katka je  moje nejdéle trénující klientka a teď už i kamarádka. Trénujeme už od dubna 2015. Což je neuvěřitelné. Přijel jsem do Prahy v březnu 2015 a začal jsem ji trénovat v době, kdy začala chodit na střední školu a teď jde vysokou.😊 Přešla se mnou 6 fitness center a vlastně celou mou trenérskou kariéru. This does not include high fat discretionary dairy foods such as cream and ice-cream; it refers to choosing regular fat milk, cheese and yogurt instead of low fat. The exception is those needing to monitor cholesterol, heart disease and those with type-2 Diabetes. Regular fat dairy products offer a calcium-phosphorus matrix that is easily absorbed by the body as it is similar in structure to our bone matrix; compared to other calcium containing foods that are not as easily absorbed.  Regular fat dairy products also contain vitamins such as vitamin A, D, E and K which are essential for the body’s normal functioning. One thing to be mindful of is still portion control- too much of a good thing is a bad thing and will still lead to weight gain with excess intake. So eat the Brie just not the entire wheel 💕

Each of the SDGs relate to health and wellbeing with aims, approaches and principles that are concomitant to the discipline of health promotion; a discipline that acknowledges the complexity of health and is based on the principles of human rights, equity and empowerment (Williams, 2011). This year, among other great things, I’ve completed more than half of my Law degree 👩🏽‍⚖️ (although there has been many many MANY tears/times when I’ve thought I couldn’t do it), worked at the Sydney Fitness Expo, travelled 30 hours completely by myself on a plane to another continent and back (anyone who knows me personally knows that I get very anxious when it comes to public transport haha), visited my mum and lil sisters for the first time in 2 years, had some CRAZY opportunities come my way, worked hard af in the gym and best of all, met some BOMB ASSSS people, made some new friends and just have some really amazing people in my life! 💝 ⁣

I think it’s good to be critical of yourself, because it makes you want to push further and be better, but it’s just as important to recognise the things that you have managed to achieve, no matter how big or small they seem to other people. 😌 ⁣

Around this time 2 months ago I was getting prepared to fly over to Germany and visit my fam. 😶 ⁣
I know everyone says this everyyyy single year, but honestly this year has gone so scaringly fast (is scaringly even a word, idk). ⁣
Tbh, I’m kinda very critical of myself (as most of us are) and looking back on the year so far, I don’t really feel like I’ve achieved much.. it’s SO easy to get into that mindset of ‘I could’ve done more’, and just being generally unsatisfied with how you’re doing life right now. I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who is in my corner (and I’m sorry I’ve been terrible at replying lately ❤) . These last few weeks (months?) I have had a pretty decent helping of stress, and starting my new job, taking on a big client and being on the road hasn’t helped that too much either. I’ve also had a bunch of awesome exciting stuff happening – so all together it’s just a lot of stuff all at once.  My diet has sucked (actually depends how you look at it, if you like junk food my diet has been awesome), my training has been ok and everything has been a bit of a whirlwind.

This isn’t one of those posts to say ‘I’m back, lets do this’, this is just me saying I’m still here, still doing my best, still going. Tomorrow we get up and do it all again.

C’est l’anniversaire de mon papa samedi prochain mais comme il ne sera pas avec moi j’avais préparé un dîner festif hier soir.

En tant que grand gourmand et fan d’éclairs, j’ai été dénicher dans Paris la rolls royce des éclairs à savoir les éclairs de génie. @leclairdegenieofficiel .

Je ne vous parlerai pas de tous les parfums exotiques et surprenants puisque j’ai opté pour les grands classiques, des valeurs sûres selon moi à savoir : éclair au chocolat noir et sucre de coco, vanille noix de pecan, fraise et caramel beurre salé.

Le prix était à la hauteur de mes attentes et nous n’avons pas été déçus !

Bref, il a été ravi et il va encore être gâté aujourd’hui avec une surprise auquel il ne s’attend pas du tout !

Es wurde mal wieder Zeit für Bananenbrot 🍌 Da will ich auch garnicht viele Worte verschwenden, sondern direkt zum Rezept kommen⬇️

Das ganze Bananenbrot ohne Toppings hat ca.:
🔷1611 Kalorien 🔸174g KH 🔸34g Eiweiß 🔸82g Fett
🍌2 Eier. 🍌2 reife Bananen (je reifer desto besser).
🍌70g Kokosöl @solococo.de.at.ch.
🍌180g Dinkelmehl.
🍌2 EL Backkakao.
🍌20g Agavendicksaft (oder Honig).
🍌8g Backpulver.
🍌Ein Schuss Milch.
🍌Toppings nach Wahl.

Bananen mit den Eiern und dem Öl schaumig schlagen. Die anderen Zutaten dazu geben und verrühren.
Kastenform mit Backpapier auslegen, Teig hinein geben und bei 180grad Ober-/Unterhitze backen.
Die Backzeit kann 15-25min. betragen.

Bei uns ist der Sommer diese Woche etwas zurück gekommen. Werden es ausgiebig genießen ☀️ ist es bei euch auch so schön?
