Svegliarsi, ieri, sotto la pioggia non è stato semplice da affrontare.

Poi la scoperta: dall’11 al 17 Novembre presso gli store de @lacannoleriasiciliana c’è la #CannoloWeek con un sacco di sorprese...ci sono 5 dolci in limited edition che vi ho mostrato nelle stories (andate a vedere!) e - udite udite - acquistandone 5 ne pagherete solo 4!!!!
Così ho fatto scorta per la colazione di stamattina e, anche se continua a piovere, il mio umore è decisamente cambiato!!! Io li mangerei tutti...qual è il vostro preferito?!?

I jumped out from the bed this morning just to try out this new recipe that came to my mind in the middle of the night while I was starving in bed.
I decided to name it the Divine Choco-banana oatmeal. 
Chocolate for breakfast?? CERTAINLY YES!! 🍫

Recipe:
1. Cook 2 tbsp of baby oats in warm milk for 3-4 mins, or until they’re soft and sticky. 
2. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder(personal preference) into the porridge and stir. Add in 2 pieces of Lindt 90% intense dark chocolate bars and stir until well-mixed.
3. Add 5-6 slices of banana into the pot, and this is a hack to bring out the flavour of banana into the oatmeal base.
4. Pour the oatmeal base into your fav morning bowl, add a dollop of plain yogurt, topped with some fresh blueberries and extra slices of banana, alongside with some home baked walnuts and almonds.

Il termine Upgrade sappiamo tutti quale sia giusto?
Console, videogiochi, vestiti e così via dicendo.
Serve per rimanere al passo con il tempo, esatto ma anche per non rimanere tagliato fuori.
Cosa c’entra l’upgrade con i miei pancake? C’entra eccome e mica poco, usando farine diverse e non sto parlando di farine aromatizzate, avendo bassi carboidrati non si può far più affidamento ovviamente in quella di riso e Manitoba. 
Upgrade su farina di semi di lino, cocco, soia (come già detto ieri non vedo l’ora che mi finisca) mandorle e infine lupini.
Un vero upgrade, perché se mi fossi fermato a usare sempre le stesse (riso,Manitoba) anche in questa sessione di cut, addio pancake siccome ho un buona scheda madre @mic_ironaddicted gli upgrade non terminano mai.
@fiordiloto1972 con le sue farine non c’è alleata migliore per la realizzazione delle mie colazioni.

4 sliced cherry tomatoes,
a pinch of black pepper, 
1 tbsp water,

Later mixed  2 to 3 tb creamy cheese (@laughingcowcanada). Cheese, egg and vegetables combo will keep toddlers full for longer, with good nutritions. And creamy texture will help to eat with comfort.

▪️F1 cinnamon-apple (místo se dá použít protein, skořice+ nastrouhané jablko)

Regaz questa è una meravigliosa ricetta che chiunque ami la zucca non può non provare. Nasce da un'improvvisazione. Avevo in realtà salvate 1000 ricette da provare e sperimentare ma poi senza pensarci su, come guidata dalla dea zucca😂, ho mescolato polpa, albume e yogurt ed è venuta fuori questa sofficiositá estrema. I don’t think you could pay me to give this plate up. 😛. Normally after the dentist I don’t want to eat anything, but this ROCKY MOUNTAIN AVOCADO FRENCH TOAST sounded too good to be true. Instructions are below but man, y’all are gonna love this! Plus, for me, bread is a total food group. My word
It’s also probably the most pleasant temperature 🥰  it’ll be for the next 4 months so I’m soaking it all in. I hate the cold so much and my skin is already suffering. Thick lotion all day everyday from here on out, ya feel?
The deets: cut out center of English muffins and toast in a cast iron pan. Crack a small egg into the center, cover, and let cook until the whites are set, around 10 minutes. Make sure you save that center for dipping! #thecuttingveg #eatrealfood #yolkporn .

I’ve been honestly eating this combo 🥰 all season long because a) it’s super easy and requires no cooking (so perfect for long days) and b) has all my favs. For those of you that don’t know I typically get so obsessed with a meal that I will eat it for MONTHS 🤣 and this salmon bowl is no exception. Since y’all have been requesting it, I’m posting my go to salmon recipe below. Also peep those roasted frozen Brussels. 
In other news we’re going to be podcasting and coding which is what’s good night sounds like. 🧐 I pretty much stick to my genres (conspiracy theories, true crime, and politics, along with song exploring) BUT if you have some other RECS lay em on me! I am all ears. And let me know if you wanna hear my favs!

Maple Dijon Salmon
2 4 oz wild caught salmon filets
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup 
1 scallion, thinly sliced (or 2 tablespoons chopped red onion)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 
1/4 teaspoon chili powder 
1/4 teaspoon salt 
Preheat the broiler. Place the rack 8-9 in from the heat source. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet or cast iron pan. In a small bowl, stir together the maple syrup, scallion, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt and chili powder. Brush the maple syrup mixture over the salmon and broil salmon filets until the salmon is just cooked through, about 10 minutes. Take care not to overcook it! Eat! .
