Preko paprike stavite listove spanaca, namazete sir koji volite, ja koristim urdu i sve to lepo urolajte. Stavite u pleh, dodate kasiku masti, posolite, pobiberite i pecete. Uz ovaj rolat mozete jesti i krompirice, sta god pozelite. In the US the average adult consume 77 pounds of cane or corn drive sugar each year the added sugar is hard to detect because it comes with a variety of names. Regardless of the name we must remain vigilant when it comes to the amount of sugar we consume.

TIP: Avoid foods with more than 4 grams of sugar per serving.

Avoid foods where sugar is one of the first three ingredients.

Learn the many names of sugar: brown sugar, date sugar, grape sugar, glucose, sucrose maltose, cane sugar, dextran, dextrose, maltodextrin, barley malt, caramel, sorbitol, sorghum syrup fruit juice concentrate fruit juice and carob syrup.

Cookie season is definitely here 🍪 and I'm craving these vegan jam tartlets! In Australia and the UK, you can get non-vegan versions of these in packets from supermarkets. I made my own version just for you lot 😉. The recipe is below or check out my blog for a more detailed recipe with how-to pictures:

EASY VEGAN JAM TARTLETS 
Quick Strawberry Jam
1/2 cup whole strawberries
1/4 cup sweetener or sugar, of choice
1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional
.
Shortcrust pastry
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil, such as olive, sunflower or rapeseed
1/4 cup icing sugar
.
Instructions
1. For the strawberry jam: Add strawberries, sugar and a dash of water to a small saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Stir while mashing the strawberries to release their juices. Reduce to a simmer over medium heat until the mixture has thickened. Puree jam with a stick blender. Add chia seeds if desired.
2. For the pastry: Add all ingredients to a bowl or food processor and mix until evenly combined. The dough should be quite soft but pliable and can be pinched between two fingers without breaking. Set aside in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
4. Dust a clean surface with flour. Place the chilled dough on top and use a rolling pin to flatten to around 5mm thick.
5. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circular shapes a little bigger than the bottom of your cupcake or tart moulds. Arrange the circles of dough onto the bottom of the moulds allowing the sides to slightly come up to form a crust. Re-roll the remaining pastry and repeat until all of the dough has been used up. Crimp the edges with a fork and spoon jam into the centre of each tartlet.
6. Bake tartlets in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool completely in the moulds and enjoy! Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, in the fridge for 1 week and in the freezer for up to 1 month.

➰ Farfalles au poulet et moutarde ➰

Petit lunch très rapide et simple pour ce midi, ça va vous plaire 🤗😋 ! 
On a dans l’assiette une base de farfalles, une escalope de poulet, un peu de blanc poireaux pour l’équilibre et une crème à la moutarde, une touche de parmesan et de persil ! 
Pour la recette on fait cuire 50 gr de farfalles complète dans de l’eau bouillante salée. Dans une poêle, on fait revenir un oignon, les poireaux coupés ( 1 blanc de poireau) en fines lamelles et un filet d’huile d’olive qu’on met à couvert pour 10 minutes, tout en remuant régulièrement. On ajoute ensuite les dés de blanc de poulet, 100 ml de crème liquide 5% ou 12%, 1 CS de moutarde à l’ancienne et on prolonge la cuisson pour 5 minutes. 
On ajoute alors les pâtes cuites, on mélange, on sel et poivre, un peu de parmesan et de persil et c’est tout bon !

‎ناهار دیروزمون ته چین مرغ و بامجون بود که واقعا یکی از غذاهای مورد علاقه خودمه و عاشقشم😍 همه بلدن دستورشو اما خب به روشی که خودم درست کردم براتون تایپ خواهم کرد☺️
‎قبل از هر کاری حدود یک ساعت قبل زرشک ها را در آب خیس می ‎کنیم.
‎#تهچین 
حدود سه ساعت قبل، برنج را به همراه مقداری نمک در آب قرار می دهیم. سپس بعد از سه ساعت، آب برنج را خالی می کنیم.
‎در قابلمه ای مقداری آب ریخته و تا زمان به جوش آمدن آب صبر کنید، سپس برنج را داخل قابلمه ریخته و تا زمان نیمه پخته شدن باید صبر کرد. بعد از آن، برنج را آبکش کنید. حالا مرغ را به همراه مقداری آب و ۱ عدد پیاز و نمک در قابلمه گذاشته و روی حرارت قرار می دهیم که من از ران مرغ استفاده کردم که نرم تر و خوشمزه تره.پس از پخته شدن، مرغ ها را به حالت تکه تکه در می آوریم.
‎سپس زعفران را در مقدار بسیار کمی آب جوش می ریزیم . برای بهتر دم کشیدن زعفران از ظرف دربسته استفاده کنید.
‎مرغ های تکه تکه شده را با زعفران، دو عدد زرده تخم مرغ، یک پیمانه ماست، و به مقدار کافی نمک و فلفل مخلوط کرده و برنج و کمی روغن بهش اضافه میکنیمو در کف قابلمه ای که قرار است غذا را در آن بپزید، قرار دهید.قبل از این کار می توان دیواره های قابلمه را کمی روغن مالید. با قاشق حتما مواد ته قابلمه را فشار دهید تا صاف شود.
‎سپس مقداری مرغ روی این مخلوط بچینید و بادمجون نگینی سرخ شده بچینید و زرشک بریزید و دوباره روی آن مقداری برنج بریزید. به صورتی که سطح مرغ کاملا توسط برنج ریخته شده، پوشانده شود.
‎در این مرحله برای خوشمزه تر شدن طعم غذا، می توان آب مرغ را به همراه مقداری زعفران دم کشیده روی برنج ریخت. برنج را با قاشق دوباره فشار دهید تا کاملا فشرده شود.
‎سپس روغن مایع را یا کره ذوب کرده را روی برنج بریزید.

Ultimate plate of comfort food 🙌🏻

🎄 mum and I went Christmas food shopping the other day and got some bits and bobs (including @lindamccartneyfoods new meat loaf!! And gravy hehe )
As you can see though, I couldn’t wait until Christmas Day to use the gravy so I made myself some sausages + mash absolutely drowned it in the stuff 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

🌟 For the mashed potato 🌟
1️⃣ wash and peel however many potatoes you like (I used around 5 small ish ones)
2️⃣ microwave them for 4 to 5 minutes until soft
3️⃣ mash them up with a potato masher 
4️⃣ stir in a tsp of mustard, 1tbsp nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and some oat milk to get it to the desired consistency -

For me, this plate was definitely up there on my top 5 list 🙈
