Время последнего приема пищи зависит, прежде всего, от режима дня, для каждого человека оно индивидуально. Главное условие – ужинать не позднее, чем за 3-4 часа до сна. К примеру, если вы ложитесь спать в 21.00, то последний раз желательно поесть в 17.00, ну а если ближе к полуночи, то можно поужинать и в 19.00-20.00.

4.​ Запретные продукты⛔В список запретных блюд для ужина попадают все каши, кроме, кукурузные хлопья, соленые орешки, жареное мясо, картофель, бобовые, кетчуп и майонез. Не рекомендуются дляужина также макароны, вареники, пельмени, хлебобулочные изделия, в том числе и белый хлеб, шоколад и другие сладости.

5.​ Полезные продукты🤗✔️ Нежирное мясо: курица, индейка, кролик, говядина;

Морепродукты: мидии, креветки, морские гребешки, крабы, кальмары;

Нежирные и умеренно-жирные сорта рыбы: камбала, треска, путассу, щука, речной и морской окунь, судак, тунец, горбуша, форель, карп, лосось, карась и др.;

Witajcie kochani! 🍏Torta di mele con yogurt e albumi 🍏 
Ingredienti:
-300 g di mele
-125 g di farina d’avena
-140 g di yogurt bianco magro
-50 g d’albumi
- 5 g di lievito per dolci
- 4 cucchiaini di stevia -cannella q.b

Unire al composto le mele.

I loveeee coming back from a run and already having food prepared. Pat on the back for past me for meal prepping👏🏼. This has literally been my plate for my last 3 meals lmaoo. I am the type of person who can eat the same food every single day and never get sick of it. Love that about myself, it makes cooking & grocery shopping very very easy😂. Is anyone else like that as well?

Flatbread melts by @plantbased.traveler 😍🙌🏼

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲
Sweet and Spicy BBQ Jackfruit, Kale and Mango Melts 
Makes 3 servings:
3 wraps/flatbreads 
1 can of jackfruit (in brine)
1 small onion (or 1/2 medium onion)
2 garlic cloves 
1 jalapeño 
1/3 cup vegan BBQ sauce
1 large handful of chopped kale (I used purple kale) 
1/2 cup chopped mango 
1/2 cup vegan cheese 
Fresh lime juice _______________________________________________________
Drain jackfruit and break pieces apart. In my opinion it works best just to use your hands ✋🏼🤚🏼😊. If there are any tough, chewy seeds cut them up with a knife or discard those pieces. 
Thinly slice onion and jalapeño and chop garlic.
Heat up a few drops of avocado oil in a non stick pan (low heat) and fry onions until fragrant and starting to brown. Next, add garlic and pulled jackfruit and continue cooking on low medium heat for about 15 minutes until all excess liquid is gone. You want the jackfruit to have a relatively dry texture so it can absorb the sauce and flavors better. 
Add sliced jalapeños and BBQ sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. 
In the meantime wash and chop kale, squeeze some lime juice over it and give it a quick massage (optional but recommended😊).
Assemble flatbread or wrap with some of the vegan cheese, jackfruit mix, kale and mango. You can add a bit more of the BBQ sauce here as well! 
I always cover one half of the flatbread/wrap with all fillings, sprinkle a little more cheese on top and flip the other side over.
Fry them in a non stick pan (no oil necessary unless you want them to be extra crispy) for a few minutes each side on low medium heat until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
Cut in half and enjoy 😍
Ps: They taste great cold too!

Okay, finally I’ve had something different for breakfast 😅 Pumpkin Pancakes 🎃 To make them you’ll need:
✔️2 eggs
✔️ 120g of pumpkin puree
✔️2 tbsp of quick oats
✔️3 tbsp of flour ✔️sweetener, cinnamon 
Beat the egg whites and blend the rest of the ingredients. Next mix both substances with a spoon. Then just fry them and cover with your favorite toppings ❣️

W końcu zjadłam na śniadanie coś innego niż jajka 😅 A są to dyniowe pancakes 🎃🎃Żeby je zrobic potrzebujecie:
✔️120g puree z dyni
✔️2 jajka
✔️2 łyżki płatków owsianych błyskawicznych ✔️3 łyżki maki (u mnie ryżowa)
✔️słodzik, cynamon
Najpierw musicie ubić jajka i zmiksować resztę składników. Na koniec wymieszać ze sobą  obie masy łyżka i usmażyć ❣️Na koniec tylko ozdobić ulubionymi dodatkami i gotowe 🥰
Żeby zrobic puree musicie pokroić dynie na mniejsze kawałki (ze skóra) i piec około 25-35mkn w 180 stopniach - aż widelec będzie bez problemu wbijał się w miąższ. Doczekacie aż trochę wystygnie i blendujecie dynie na gładka masę (skore wtedy wyrzucamy)🙌❣️

Autumn 🍂

Et voilà, nous y sommes, le retour de l’automne ! La saison des courges, des soupes, des moments cocoon chez soi, des feuilles qui tombent... J’adore ce passage de l’été à l’automne, ça me met en joie, un peu comme la vraie rentrée 🍂. Happy Saturday friends! I hope you all are having a great day so far! I got home from work a bit ago and I’m about to start some homework! I’ve been feeling a lot of pressure to always do good, to succeed and to prove myself! I came to the realization today that pressure should not be looked at as a negative; if you don’t feel life’s pressures, then you are not pushing yourself to be better! Pressure means you are learning, experiencing, and setting off in search of something meaningful in this world of craziness! When you feel as if you’re bearing the weight of the world on your shoulders, remember that the only way that diamonds are made is under pressure! If it wasn’t for pressure, diamonds wouldn’t exist 🙌🏼

-1 frozen banana
-1 apple
-1/2 cup frozen peas
-1 handful spinach
-zest of 1 lemon
-3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
-1 tsp fresh grated ginger
-1 tsp matcha powder
-a splash of water to blend
anybody out there who hasn‘t tried a green smoothiebowl yet? now is the time, go ahead and do so😛
