Prep is strange, guys. Some days I’m energized, some days I can’t get myself to do a thang (like yesterday) My weight has been the same since I started 3 weeks ago but I’m definitely seeing lots of changes.
I had my first posing practice yesterday. That shit does NOT come naturally for me. Gotta learn how to not trip over my own two feet before I can learn how to be sexy and sultry for the stage LMAO 😂 but it was super cool to see all these new lines in my legs.
I had no energy all day then finally dragged my ass to the gym at 6:30pm and CRUSSHEDDD ITTT. Idk where the energy came from but it was great.
Feeling good today and it’s shoulder day 😍😍😍 my fav. So I’m actually excited to get to the gym today.
Upper body days > leg days
My leg days > prep leg days (fuck this shit, man 😅) (still killin them tho 😜)
