MONDAY MOTIVATION !
It’s been a while since I posted a transformation pic . So here’s one 6 years apart .
Let me tell you a little about my fitness journey so you guys can get to know me a little more.
I started going to the gym 6 years ago, my main goal was to be skinny . When I was 16-18 years old I struggled so much with confidence , I did not feel happy with my body image and always found myself comparing my body to other girls . I started working out and I lost 30 lbs in 3 months . After I achieved my goal weight , I realized I was too skinny . People would ask me if I was sick. I lost so much weight , i even had a pancake booty and that did help me feel any better about myself . And so I started weight training. I did not know a single thing about weights , I would watch other people at my gym and started following a lot of fitness accounts on IG. I fell in love with the results and started helping my friends with their fitness goals. In 2017 i decided to get my NASM certification and a month after receiving my cert I found out I was pregnant 🤰. I worked out throughout my whole pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby girl (who is strong AF too , I blame it on all the lifting I did 😂) I got to my pre pregnancy weight 3 months after giving birth . Working out helped me soo much with my post partum depression , I can’t stress that enough! And Now here I am , doing what I love the most . I am a mommy as well as a personal trainer , helping girls like me achieve their fitness goals💪🏻. Everybody starts somewhere , don’t be afraid , just do it!
