To make 👇🏼:
Cut potatoes into fry shapes, then toss with 1 tsp garlic powder, salt + pepper. Bake at 450 F for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 1 cup of diced, peeled yellow potatoes + 1/2 cup of diced carrots until tender. Transfer to a blender. Add 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup vegetable oil (make sure it doesn’t have a strong taste), 1 tsp garlic power, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of veggie stock or plant-based milk (or more if needed). Blend until smooooth and enjoy on EVERYTHING 💛
