❌ No excuses. ❌
It’s simple. Excuses are for people who don’t want it bad enough. You’ll never really “have time.” You just have to find a way to make it work.
I currently wake up at 4:30 am 5 days a week, spend a total of 20 hours commuting to my full time job downtown Chicago where that includes a 1.2 mile walk from the train station. On top of that, dealing with a bicep injury, I still am making it to the gym every day.
I will say, it is exhausting. And I definitely take rest days as needed because sometimes I just need some GOOD SLEEP.
Point is, you have more time than you may realize. So set some goals and stop making excuses. You’ll feel better knowing you’re working hard at something you really want. Trust me.
