They all make great bedtime snacks! Of course there are others but these are the ones I had in my fridge 😝

They are good for bedtime snacks because they contain protein! Some contain tryptophan, some contain casein, some contain both!
1) Tryptophan is an amino acid that helps the body produce serotonin. Serotonin aids in the sleep process! 😴
2) Casein is a slow releasing protein. Which means it can release it's protein for a longer period of time, feeding your muscles while you sleep. This can help aid in recovery! 💪

It's also important to note that too much food right before bed can cause some sleep disruption. At the same time, going to bed hungry can keep you awake while you fight off those hunger signals...🙄. Some people also don't handle dairy well...so there's that to consider as well 🐄

As always, the biggest thing is to find what works for you! Try out some of these snacks before bed and see how they work! Keeping a detailed journal with time stamps to help you identify when and what works best for you and your sleep can also help! 🛌

Salt is an essential mineral for good health and longevity. When we train we sweat and as a result we excrete water and salt through our skin. This process depletes both water and salt storage. It is essential to include complex sea salts such as Redmond, Himalayan and Celtic sea salts to your diet.

The next time you train, add half a gram of complex salt to one liter of filtered water and consume before, during and after a training session.

Forming a better you takes all of that. These results are from 2 rounds of 80 day obsession, 1 1/2 rounds of transform 20, 1 round of 21 day fix real time, and 2 rounds of LIIFT4 with a little bit of Morning Meltdown 100. .

When I started this journey I set goals for myself, I aspired to look like some random fitness chick on Pinterest. But when I started this journey I had no idea of the possibilities that would actually come of it.

When I started I was 15lbs away from my goal weight. I was following the workout programs, 6 days a week, an hour a day for the first 80 days...but I wasn't seeing the results I was looking for. The weight wasn't melting off like I thought it would. It wasn't until I realized that I needed to dial in my nutrition more and give it my 100% to see real results (cause ya can't outwork a bad diet). .

So I went from this shy, timid, self conscious woman- had some road bumps along the way (rotator cuff  repair surgery) but I've came out on top. I finally found what works for me and these results are real! This is me now! Someone who can be optimistic, someone who can see that hard work does pay off, and a woman who now has confidence! .

That 80 day program is what got me started on this journey. The Transform 20 program got me through my post op recovery. And LIFFT 4 gave me my strength back! .

There is a program for you, the nutrition plan is so scientifically thought out for 100% success, and I will help you along the way. I just ask that you put forth just as much effort as I am going to be giving you. Show me that you want this, because if you want it...I want it twice as bad for you!! .

Here's How To Perform the Soleus Release!

1️⃣Lay on your back.
2️⃣Prop leg on top of something that creates a 90-degree angle with the knee. 
3️⃣Place the ball on the calves.
4️⃣Cross the other leg over the leg to create pressure into the ball.
5️⃣Start with the foot pointing away from you.
6️⃣While maintaining pressure, pull foot towards you.
