Forming a better you takes all of that. These results are from 2 rounds of 80 day obsession, 1 1/2 rounds of transform 20, 1 round of 21 day fix real time, and 2 rounds of LIIFT4 with a little bit of Morning Meltdown 100. .
When I started this journey I set goals for myself, I aspired to look like some random fitness chick on Pinterest. But when I started this journey I had no idea of the possibilities that would actually come of it.
When I started I was 15lbs away from my goal weight. I was following the workout programs, 6 days a week, an hour a day for the first 80 days...but I wasn't seeing the results I was looking for. The weight wasn't melting off like I thought it would. It wasn't until I realized that I needed to dial in my nutrition more and give it my 100% to see real results (cause ya can't outwork a bad diet). .
So I went from this shy, timid, self conscious woman- had some road bumps along the way (rotator cuff repair surgery) but I've came out on top. I finally found what works for me and these results are real! This is me now! Someone who can be optimistic, someone who can see that hard work does pay off, and a woman who now has confidence! .
That 80 day program is what got me started on this journey. The Transform 20 program got me through my post op recovery. And LIFFT 4 gave me my strength back! .
