Iโ€™ve dreamed of wearing a satin dress for so long, so my 21st seemed like the best excuse. I worked my butt off before Florida & after 2 weeks of eating crap and barely exercising - I was fearful I wouldnโ€™t even fit into this dress. To my surprise - it fit like a glove. I felt insecure - but yet still happy. Happy I still wore the dress of my dreams & spent my birthday with my favourite people. I donโ€™t have the butt I once had, I donโ€™t have the toned arms I would like & my stomach isnโ€™t as flat as it once was. HOWEVER I am willing to work for it. Iโ€™m not giving up. Iโ€™m happy with the progress I have made & donโ€™t plan on stopping nowโœจ

โ€ข 20 minutes
โ€ข Small Water Bottle
โ€ข Will Power

WORKOUT:

1) Start running on the stairs from bottom to top and back to the bottom (make sure you don't skip any step)

Repeat this X5
----------------------------------------------------
2) In your mind divide the 20/28 stairs into 4 groups such that if you're working out on 20 stairs you have 4 groups of 5 stairs each

Now, start climbing from the bottom to the top of the first group and back to the bottom followed by climbing up to the top of the second group and then back to the *bottom of the staircase* and similarly for the third and fourth group of stairs.

Once you complete running up and down all the groups of stairs, you will have completed ONE set of this exercise.

Repeat this X2

3) Hop on each step of the staircase with both your legs, starting from the bottom, hopping your way up to the top of the staircase and then running back down

I currently wake up at 4:30 am 5 days a week, spend a total of 20 hours commuting to my full time job downtown Chicago where that includes a 1.2 mile walk from the train station. On top of that, dealing with a bicep injury, I still am making it to the gym every day. โฃ

I will say, it is exhausting. And I definitely take rest days as needed because sometimes I just need some GOOD SLEEP. โฃ

Point is, you have more time than you may realize. So set some goals and stop making excuses. Youโ€™ll feel better knowing youโ€™re working hard at something you really want. Trust me. โฃ
