Patience has been a weak virtue of mine these past few weeks, as I look for jobs. One thing that’s really hard that no one ever talks about is finding a job right out of college. There’s a small percent that have no problem and are accepted right away, but for the majority, there is a never ending grind towards applying. With my patience wearing thin, comes along the anxiety of not having a job. It’s difficult to tell yourself something will happen, when you’re definitely not getting results. However, it’s important to not get discouraged, if that means applying to almost 50 jobs then so be it. Impatience, anxiety, and discouragement are meant to keep us from continuing further and in times like these it’s fervent that you become patient, become collective and become encouraged.
Are we too busy? Or we're not organised and don't know how to prioritise? In this short life we all juggles that's for sure, sometimes 24 hours is not enough and sometimes don't we wish we can split ourselves in two or three so we can be at two places at one time and able to do a million things at one time? Start negotiating with yourself but always start thinking about yourself and your wellbeing first #youcount #selfreminders

I didn't quit a passionless career so that I could go do something else that lacked passion. I don't write what I can, I write what I want. I will not give that up. To write what I can is to succumb to the same soul sucking life I willingly put my neck on the line for before I gave up life as I knew it. So maybe I will never amount to anything as a writer. But I don't want to call myself a writer just because I can write a how to or appear funny or make a point. That does not signify I have made it. No, fuck that. The point has always been self expression. To write what cannot be written by anyone except for me. The world has enough people who can do something. Now grammatical editing software will help you clarify your message. So if you're not actually a "good writer" in that you can get your point across, spell check has evolved to help you get there. I never needed that. This is a skill I have I have prided myself for having. But if a fucking computer can do it what need is there for me? NO, my duty is to find the shit that only I can conjur up, at all fucking costs. And put that into the world. Regardless of any outcome.
Creativity involves breaking out of established patterns in order to look at things in a different way.

To be honest I took this photo a while ago and in my head I had thought we had got up early to see the sunrise, but now I have a feeling it was the sunset. By looking at the sun on the Grand Canyon and we were on the south side, I'm pretty sure it was sunset. Anyway feel free to let me know if I'm wrong 😂.
Just looking back through my older photos and trying to learn more about photography, I'm just waiting to go and practice all the info that I'm picking up.
Anyway I really enjoyed seeing this giant canyon, which in comparison to England is pretty big. We stayed about 5 days and walked several trails around the rim, would love to go back and maybe hike to the bottom.
