I look forward to breakfast e v e r y day. I get asked a lot of what I have in the morning and this year it’s been all about good ol oatmeal. I enjoy making different combos depending on the flavor that I’m craving. Here I am sharing what I’m always craving, 🍫 flavored oatmeal: 🥣 After leaving the oats over night with water or cooking it with boiling water the day of, I mix in the @pbfit.official peanut powder, @livbody chocolate mocha protein, and @silk milk. 🍓 I wash and slice fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas to top it with. 🔅 Sprinkle it with chia seeds and love. ✨ Yes, it’s that easy. You can add or remove whatever you like for your preference and macros. (I included the ingredients I used in the second picture)

¡¡Hola 🅼🅸🅴🆁🅲🅾🅻🅴🆂!!! Acá estamos volviendo a las redes con esta 🆂🆄🅿🅴🆁 🆃🅰🆁🆃🅰 de Espinaca y Calabaza!! 🎃🌱🌱🎃
Les paso la rece:
Necesitan para la masa: 🌱300 gramos de harina integral.
🌱2 cucharadas de aceite 🌱sal a gusto
🌱3-4 cucharadas de semillas de chia y lino.
🌱agua c/n.
Preparación: mezclar todo menos el agua, ir agregándola hasta formar una masa homogénea. Estirar con palote y forrar una tartera para horno. Reservar.
Para el relleno: 🎃300-400 gramos de calabaza hervida.
🎃2 claras o 1 huevo y 1 clara.
🎃1/2 cebolla morada.
🎃1/2 paquete de espinacas.
🎃queso port salud 🎃sal y pimienta a gusto.
Preparación: hervir la calabaza, hacerla puré, salpimentar. Una vez frío mezclar con las claras. Reservar. 
Cortar la cebolla finita, colocarla en sartén con un poquito de aceite, cuando esté cocida agregar las espinacas limpias y cortadas. Cocinar por 2-3 minutos. 
En la base de tartera colocar el relleno de espinas y luego el de calabazas. Terminar con el queso unas cucharadas de semillas. Llevar a horno por 20-25 minutos. ¿Que les pareció? Espero que les guste!!! 🤗🥰

When you ask me what Ayurveda is all about, I can´t even start somewhere without talking you a whole book in your face because it is so much! But. There is a primary aim. And that is called „Svasthasya svastha rakshanam“ which means to preserve, protect or promote the health oft he body, mind and soul!⁠⠀

According to the WHO, 2/3 off all diseases will be at 2020 the result of lifestyle choices. Isn´t that sad? ⁠⠀

Ayurveda can help to change your life. It can teach how to live a healthy, happy and fullfilling life by improving your digestion, teach you practical ways of „how to love yourself,“ daily and seasonal regimes to stay healthy and balanced. Ayurveda also teaches us how to live abundant. ⁠⠀
The aspect of seing the human being as a whole – with mind, body and spirit – leads to the conclusion that nothing is random according to Ayurveda. ⁠⠀

Before I found my Ayurvedic path, I was eating what I wanted and whenever I wanted. I found myself with a poor digestion, unhealthy skin and hair. Living now in harmony with nature and it´s seasons, gives me a happy, healthy feeling and look! ⁠⠀

🎉 SO SO SO HAPPY to say that I’ve have PASSED PLACEMENT C 🎉

This afternoon I had my final assessment where my placement lead told me they were very pleased to say I had passed my placement!!! I absolutely have adored working in the community and can’t wait to start my job just 12 days!! .
2 more days of home visits to go before I finish for good, definitely going to miss the LOVELIEST team I could have wished for 😥☺️ Definitely not going to miss the zero pay though 😂

Counting calories won't help much and instead will keep you unsatisfied. Aim for cutting down snacking between meals and you would really see the difference. Frequent eating spikes Insulin and won't help you lose weight. Something low in calories might have unhealthy ingredients like Canola oil or tapioca starch etc. You need to consume healthy fats so never go fat-free and enjoy it guilt free

1️⃣ Push day which involves training the muscles that are involved in upper body pushing movements (Chest, shoulders, triceps).
2️⃣ Pull day which involves training upper body pulling movements (back muscles, rear delts and biceps).
3️⃣ Leg day which is dedicated to the lower body and training legs (quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves).

🏋🏼‍♀️ This split would be great for people who train 5/6x a week. If training 6x a week then hit each workout twice at different rep ranges. If training 5x then leave one out each week but change which one is left out each time. This way you are hitting muscles more frequently whilst still getting enough rest between muscle groups.

☑️ Another option would be to go for a full body push and then a full body pull routine, involving two different training days:

1️⃣ Full body push - This would involve working the chest, shoulders and triceps. As well as working the quads though squatting, leg pressing, lunges, leg extensions etc.
2️⃣ Full body pull - This involves working the back muscles, rear debts and biceps. As well as working the hamstrings through exercises such as Deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts and hamstring curls.

Most people wonder why green, red, orange, and yellow bell peppers don't cost the same in grocery stores. The various colors don't taste the same, and neither do they have the same nutritional value. 😊 .
All these peppers come from the same plant. However, there are two major factors that determine why they come in different colors. .
✅ Time of harvesting
✅ Degree of ripening

They all start out green and change colors as they mature. The green pepper changes to yellow or orange before reaching its most ripened color of red. .

Each bell pepper type contains nearly similar nutrition qualities; however, they do differ in their quantities of vitamin C. Yellow is in between ripeness of the green and red variety but contains the most vitamin C per 100 grams. The same quantity of yellow peppers contains 306% of the daily recommendation of vitamin C, whereas the red pepper comes in second with 213%. Lastly, the green pepper contains 134%. An adequate intake of vitamin C can help the body create and maintain collagen as well as help the body develop resistance to infectious compounds. 
The vibrant red bell pepper contains the most vitamin A with 63% of the daily recommendation, followed by the green with 7%; the yellow contains about 4%. Vitamin A, along with other antioxidant compounds, can help protect the retina from damage caused by blue light and delay or prevent cell damage. For extra brain power, individuals should try red bell peppers. They contain more folate and potassium than the other types. .

Steak Kebabs are the one of the best summer dinners! These are layered with juicy tender pieces of flavorful, marinated beef and colorful blend of tender veggies. .
 The perfect thing to make for the holiday.

Ingredients

Marinade  1/4 c olive oil1/4 c soy sauce1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp honey2 tsp Dijon1 tbsp garlic1 tsp freshly ground black pepper  Kebabs  1 3/4 lbs sirloin steak (look for thicker steaks), cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces8 oz button or cremini mushrooms, halved (unless small, keep whole)3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow) cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces1 large red onion diced into chunks (about 1 1/4-inch)1 Tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing grill gratesSalt and freshly ground black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder10 wooden skewer sticks soaked in water for at least 30 minutes.

Instructions

For the marinade: In a mixing bowl whisk together all marinade ingredients.  For the kebabs: place steak into a gallon size resealable bag. Pour marinade over steak then seal bag while pressing out excess air and message marinade over steak. Transfer to refrigerator and allow to marinate 3 - 6 hours.  Preheat a grill over medium-high heat to about 425 degrees (partway through preheating clean grill grates if they aren't already clean). With veggies on cutting board, drizzle with oil and lightly toss to coat (I actually don't toss the onion because I like it to stay in chunks, when you thread the onion on layer in chunks about 2 - 3 slices so they don' t burn up). Sprinkle veggies evenly with garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. To assemble kebabs layer steak and veggies onto kebabs in desired order, work to fit 4 steak pieces onto each kebab (I like to layer 2 onion slices together). Brush grill grates lightly with oil. Place kebabs on grill and grill until center of steak registers about 140 - 145 degrees for medium doneness, turning kebabs occasionally, about 8 - 9 minutes. Serve warm.

I just cooked the oats with water, cinnamon, and vanilla extract 👌🏻 Simple, easy and quick.
