Toppings: 1/2 banana, blueberries, walnuts, goji berries, chia seeds, flax seeds, mixed seeds, cacao nibs, almond butter. ⁣⁣

Opted for a larger bowl of 45g of oats this morning. I usually have 40g but currently I’m getting rlly hungry at 12pm and that’s too early for luncheon. It’s awkward tho cos I’m never ‘hungry’ in the morn but if I prolong breakfast then meals get too close together, so I try and eat at the same times (roughly) every meal. ⁣⁣

La recette d’aujourd’hui est encore une fois celle de Greg Malouf tirée de son livre suqar un de mes livres préférés.
Ces biscuits sont tout simplement troooop bon et très facile à réaliser. 
Ingrédients : pour le biscuit 
60g de flocon d’avoine 
80g de poudre de noix de coco
150g de farine 
150g de beurre doux à température ambiante
150g de sucre roux fin genre cassonade
50g sirop de maïs noir (ou golden syrup = sirop de sucre roux (pas sure de la traduction))
1/2 tsp bicarbonate de soude
2 tsp d’eau bouillante 
Pour la ganache : 20g de beurre doux + 150g de chocolat au lait.
Préparation: 
1-Préchauffer le four à 150c ou 170 chaleur tournante. Couvrir les plaques de papier sulfurisé.
2-Réduire les fronçons d’avoine en poudre et l’ajouter à la noix de coco et à la farine tamisée. Ensuite, dans un robot à l’aide de la feuille mélanger le beurre au sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit pâle .
3-Durant ce temps mélanger bicarbonate de soude à l’eau et l’ajouter au sirop de maïs préalablement chauffé dans une petite casserole.
4-Incorporer graduellement le mélange sirop de maïs + bicarbonate à celui du beurre. Ajouter ensuite les farines sans trop mélanger.
5- Former des boules de 8g (en principe c’est 15g mais après plusieurs essais et pour obtenir le même résultat que sur le livre j’ai décidé de réduire la quantité à 8g) les disposer dans la plaque et les aplatir à l’aide de la base d’un verre (3,5 cm de diamètre ça va s’étaler un peu durant la cuisson donc il vaut mieux ne pas trop aplatir sinon ça risque d’être trop fin).
6- Faire cuire environ 8 min ou jusqu’à ce que le dessous du biscuit soit un peu doré( le biscuit va durcir une fois sorti du four).
7-Réaliser la ganache faire fondre le chocolat et le beurre au bain marie. Quand les biscuits sont froids les remplir avec 1tsp de ganache . Moi personnellement j’ai plus aimé sans ganache. A vous de voir quelle option vous préférez.

Beautiful creamy banana 🍌 porridge 🥣 topped with fresh berries, dried mulberries Brazil nuts together with some @pipandnut pumpkin spice almond butter and Gü hazelnut and chocolate crunchy spread . Just added some chopped banana 🍌 to my overnight mixture.

Had a crack at carrot cake oats this morning, seen as it’s my day off at uni 😊They were surprisingly good and v thick and creamy (Deffo up the sweetness if you’re not adding protein powder), I chose to top mine with half of a banana, coconut yoghurt, a good spoonful of almond butter and walnuts 😋 Simpleh delicious.

Just here to say, i air fried my banana in cinnamon this morning and my world has been rocked 
Complete with some melty frozen blueberries, almond butter and chia seeds
I actually had a bit of catastrophe making this, this morning, as my oats actually overflowed in the microwave so this is actually probably half the amount i would usually have 🙃
But the toppings more than made up for it

You won't be able to get enough of this apple crumble pie!❤ This is my mum's absolute favourite dessert so i decided to make the healthiest version of it.🥧
The graham cracker crust is the best part in it!😍 A layer of homemade apple jam and tender cinnamon kissed apples🍎💕all topped with crunchy oats and walnut streusel that takes it over the top!
Well my secret to a perfect apple pie is "LOVE"🥰 and yes also that i precook the apples as it ensures two things- one, that your pie won't sink in between and two, that your crust and filling will finish baking at the same time.🌸 I believe it's a perfect fall dessert and a recipie to hold onto🍁😋

more pancakes lol 😆 for these ones I added fresh strawberries to the batter and it made them taste SO GOOD and sweet! For the batter I used buckwheat flour, an egg (whipped the egg white), peanut butter, vanilla, almond milk, honey and baking powder ~ topped with @thecollectivenz vanilla yogurt, coconut chips and maple 😋💥

So I didn’t intend to share this one (soz about poor pic quality) but had so many requests after posting on my stories earlier this week - and it was 💣
.
My regular oats recipe, which I always soak overnight - 40g oats, 1 tsp flax or chia seed, 1 scoop @kin_nutrition vegan protein, with 1 cup @alpro almond milk.
.
In the morning add - 1/2 mashed banana and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Pop in a greased ramekin/small bow and place @pipandnut butter cup in the middle. Pop in the oven for 25 mins while you get two little 🐒🐒 ready.
Turn it out, top with your fave @nushfoods yoghurt and berries.

So good, perfect for cold winter mornings - switch up the flavours and eat on repeat 😋👌

Doing things just to do them often doesn’t end well, so whatever choices you make, make sure that they speak to the values you currently have and do what you can to stay fulfilled. ❤️ For me, sharing my knowledge and experiences is very fulfilling to my values and I hope to continue sharing those things moving forward (both food and life). ✨

Oatmeal
1/2 cup oats
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch pumpkin spice
1 tbsp ground flax seed
Pinch of salt
1/2 a sliced up banana
1 cup cashew milk

Add everything to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Stir until thickened, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from stove top and serve. Today blueberries, raspberries, pepitas and the last scraps of peanut butter. 😂
