Happy Sunday my beauties ❣️. I switched up my pancake style this week by making some bigger cakies & also adding in blueberries whilst frying (& omg I forgot how good blueberry pancakes are!!!).
A few of you were asking for the recipe from my stories yesterday but it’s honestly soooo simple!
For one serve I just use:
• 1/2C (~60g) wholemeal flour
•1 scoop (~30g) vanilla protein. • 5g baking powder. • 1C almond milk, plus extra until a desired consistency is reached (think thick, smooth drippy batter).
• fresh blueberries.
It’s honestly so easy, so get frying up some pancakes baby 🥞🙌🏻
