And I say this with love in my heart.❤️ it’s really a very empowering concept. Think about the story that you tell yourself. Generally, we only want to transform things that are well, negative. So what negative thought is it that holds you back? what story are you telling yourself?
Step 1. What is it you want to change? ⭐️⭐️ once you’ve decided that, The next question is......
step 2. What am I telling myself that’s preventing me from getting there?
In things like diet and fitness this is usually easy. For example, there was a time when I thought people who got up at 4:15 to work out completely insane. And maybe they are, but now I’m one of those people. I had to change the way I perceive that or at least I had to change my willingness to do it. Getting up early enough to work out before work is only impossible if that’s what you tell yourself.💁🏻♀️ so really, losing weight and getting fit are relatively easy stories to change. Instead of telling yourself what you can’t do tell yourself what you can. You’ll be surprised at what a difference it makes.👯♂️👯♂️
The harder transformation, at least in my opinion? It’s changing how other people make you feel. Guess what? You get to decide that too. 🎉🎉 if you’re angry, or annoyed, or hurt, take a step back. Change the way you perceive the situation. Instead of moping about how mean or how unkind or how unsupportive someone is, change that. Maybe that’s a good time to give them the benefit of the doubt. Instead of perceiving someone’s actions as hurtful, or mean, remember, they have things going on too. They have lives, they have stresses and, sit down for this one, they may be reacting to YOUR behavior.
So today, take back your life. Transform what you want to transform, simply by the way you perceive it. It’s not easy, it’s constant work, but I guarantee you at the end of the day it’s worth it.💕☀️💓 Now, be willing to share- which by the way, is a huge transformation for me😉 what have you done that has helped you change? I’d love to hear your story!
