A constant struggle I hear and used to do was actually completing the workout, right?
Like we all have the thoughts of going, maybe even what we may do but it’s the act of getting there that is the hard part.
Here’s my tip for you then:
Schedule a time that works for you daily. I highly suggest mornings BECAUSE there’s less chances of uncontrollable, outside influences.
When you schedule it in, you’ll be more likely to complete it because you made it a plan.
You will be making you and your health a priority. You can do it!
