Das Ella-Event war einfach nur ein Mega-Highlight für mich und ich werde wiederkommen Mädels, dass nächste mal sehen wir uns in Davos.

Es war so unbeschreiblich schön, aber auch anstrengend, mein Tag hatte 25 Stunden, danach konnte ich noch 4 Stunden schlafen und meine Fahrt ging wieder nach Hause.

Ich war Fix und Foxi, als ich zuhause wieder angekommen bin und ihr habt mich mal echt fertig gemacht Mädels, aber ich werde an diese schöne Zeit mit euch, immer mit einem lächeln freudig zurück denken.

👋Hello les filles,
Alors normalement le samedi est toujours un jour de régime dans le programme Thonon et le dimanche soir est le jour du repas joker ou autrement dit du "cheat meal"... Moi j'ai inversé car je recevais pour une bonne raclette fromage à la maison 🧀😍 Donc je vous explique comment je gère ces deux jours différemment :
.
Le jour du cheat meal je mange vraiment très peu sur ma journée, je sais que ce n'est pas conseillé, que normalement on continue de manger normalement mais je vous explique MA façon de fonctionné.
Donc, par exemple pour samedi : un café le matin, 2 oeufs dur à midi et le soir la raclette fromage avec vin et dessert 😏🙄
Pour ce dimanche, je vais reprendre un peu l'idée de Thonon, donc un café le matin, à midi un steak avec épinard sans sel et le soir je mangerai un soupe car je n'ai plus d'oeuf ahahha.

Mais voilà en gros, très peu sur les deux jours mais je vous avoue que le lendemain d'un cheat, j'ai souvent tellement manger que je n'ai pas faim... 🤔

Je vais également faire du sport pour éliminer les excès de hier et lundi on reprend la 2eme semaine de Thonon en esperant avoir perdu et être à 61 kilos... 🤞🤞 .

Don’t Believe Your Thoughts: Don't believe everything you think. Unless your mind settles down enough, you won’t see that most of what you think isn’t true. Just because you think it that doesn't make it true... Nothing is a problem unless you make it one. Think of the context of this simple yet profound sentence. Nothing no matter what is right or wrong, good or bad, or liked or disliked, unless you label it in that way. Our life is controlled by our thoughts and our thoughts are based in a faulty foundation. The fault lies in the mind and the way it has been conditioned. Here are some of the ways it has been conditioned, if you get quiet enough you will see this for yourself. The car in front is going to slow. I have to go food shopping, I'm tired, my allergies are horrible, I'm bored, these are but a few.

All of these start out as a single thought, but that isn't where the fault lies, the thought is just the energy of something that triggers it. What happens next is where the fault lies. We believe the thought; we actually think the car in front is going to slow, or going food shopping is horrible. We believe our thoughts to be true and act accordingly. If the thought wasn't labeled to be true we would be able to see beyond what was labeled as true and see what was really going on. And that would be that the car in front of you really isn't going to slow, we are just being controlled by an undisciplined Conditioned Mind. Not only do these behaviours attract you to narcissists and narcissists to you, the beliefs and patterning also hold an energetic frequency and magnetises narcissists to you.⠀⠀⠀

The key is to heal these inner wounds within your subconscious mind. And when you do, the patterns and beliefs that attracted you to narcissistic relationships dissolve which means you’re no longer enslaved to them. Happy Sunday!🌻 it’s been total focus on a lot of business the past months, but now with autumn knocking on the door I had a moment of self reflection about a week back, where focus has changed a bit. Not from business, but to incorporate my health and well-being in a new way. I want to make sure I tale the time for my workouts again, more frequently than I’ve done this past year. Started dancing twice a week which has been a great way to both workout and have fun, but I still want the time in the gym like I did before.

With my yoga mat I at least put in some yoga and stretching now and again, but if I am to be flexible enough for my dancing, it needs to become even more frequent 🙈 Only have myself to keep accountable!

Learning to observe ourselves without judgment is a powerful tool that leads to liberation.
It leads us to deep, deep compassion.

Happy sunday ♥️ Heute teile ich etwas für mich sehr privates mit euch. Viele sehen die trainierte Michelle, die immer glücklich ist und alle Menschen um sich herum zum Lachen bringt 🙏🏻 Aber das war nicht immer so. Ich hatte eine Zeit in der ich sehr negativ war und mir eingeredet habe, in meiner Komfortzone ist alles super und das Thema Selbstliebe gab es für mich nicht.  Aber warum aus der Komfortzone raus, wenn da doch alles in Ordnung ist? Zumindest wenn man es sich einredet.  Mit der Zeit habe ich beschlossen etwas zu ändern. Habe mit Training, Ernährungsumstellung und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung begonnen und ich sag euch wenn ich es geschafft habe, mich selbst lieben zu lernen, schafft es jeder von euch ♥️ Ich bin noch nicht am Ziel aber jedem voraus, der noch auf dem Sofa sitzt. 😋 Be stronger than your excuses. 🔥

Opening up about my health issues 😥

The reason why I had to reverse diet is because of my hormones. I got blood work done & found out a lot of deficiencies. I also suffered from vitamin D deficiency like most do but my levels were too low. I’m also taking care of my vitamin D & other nutrient deficiencies with the help of supplements. It’s been a few months since I started working on improving my health & I already feel so much better 👏🏻

Looking shredded and being healthy are two different things. Having visible abs doesn’t make you fit and healthy. A lot of other things matter as well like your mental health and how you’re body is feeling.
.
Here’s my current diet & training:
.
Diet: My diet is very flexible. If you follow my story then you know I don’t restrict anything from my diet. I have kept macro goals, so I eat accordingly. I do keep track of my calories but I don’t let it control what I eat.
Majority of my food choices are nutrient dense foods that are going to help me stay healthy & fuel my body, but I also eat what most people consider “junk food”. This has been working for me so it’s what I am going to stick to, as it doesn’t let me go and cheat and hamper the progress I have made.
.
My training: I’m currently lifting 5x a week and the only cardio that I do is walk about 10,000 steps daily.
My overall activity is the same but I’m spending an hour in the gym & more time outdoors being active.

I am currently on a calorie deficit and I’m playing it safe & taking it easy in hopes of fixing my hormones ❤️
