WEEK 18: maintenance week (should have a potential 3-6lbs gain) @francisdiet .
Weight: 69 (1kg gain )
Bust: 38”
Waist: 27.5 (the same)
Hips: 34” (up by 1.”)

So this week, no cardio, no PBs on weights, try to let me body catch up. Cravings have been high, but that’s expected for every woman this week 😂 every bit of food screams at you haha! 
Weights wise I’ve been doing the same work out and keeping the weights the same, but increasing the reps, so that when I’m ready to hit it hard again, that I can up the weights when I add in cardio. Food went up, 😁 Randy to fake on the next challenge!! .

Ingredients:⠀
1 cup almond flour⁣⁣⠀
1/2 cup cashew butter⁣⁣⠀
1/3 cup pea protein powder⁣⁣⠀
1/4 cup plant milk⠀
3-4 tbsp maple syrup⁣⁣⠀
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁣⁣⠀
2 tsp vanilla extract⠀
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips⠀
⁣⁣ ⠀

Instructions:⁣⠀
1. Line a bread pan with parchment paper⁣⁣⠀
2. Mix almond flour and pea protein together. In a separate bowl mix cashew butter, maple syrup, plant milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined⁣⁣⠀
3. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread evenly across bread pan⁣⁣⠀

TWO WEEKS OFFICIALLY until I go to Bali 🙌🏻

Promised myself I would eat better this weekend to make sure my head and mindset is in a good place but I didn’t. I was literally sat there stressing and panicking for literally no reason. Firstly it’s okay to enjoy food and sweet treats, I’m so tired of missing out on experiences just so I stick to my plan and secondly, it’s done now, I ate it and I enjoyed it, no point stressing over it, today is a new day. Don’t focus on yesterday and how it went, focus on the now and today. Don’t beat yourself up over going off your plan, in reality I know it probably made ZERO difference to my body, sometimes it’s just so easy to get caught up in your head ya know? -
Anyway today is a new day and I’m excited for it! -
Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday ❤️

If you're on a low sodium diet or don't use iodized salt, be sure to add some sort of supplement (preferably whole food, plant based) to help maintain a healthy thyroid! Its especially important when consuming large amounts of cruciferous vegetables (which we all should be). Dulse is a great source of iron and B vitamins as well!👍

When starting a new training regime, be realistic. If you have been inactive for some time, know that the first week is going to be a struggle, but that every little bit of movement helps. 1 squat clean every minute for 10 mins, build from 60-90%, I started at 75kg and this is my last rep at 115kg. 
I wanted to build to something heavy, but without having to put my belt on. 
There is nothing wrong with wearing a belt as long as you do it for the right purpose. Personally I always try to go as heavy as possible in training without it. It’s always safer to learn how to brace and build your own core muscles before strapping a belt as tight as you can 💪🏼
