Seated cable rows. With my own flourecent green handles. I have a little bag that I take with me that has gym accessories because at 5am or anytime really, I don't have time to hunt down gym equipment! I also keep tissues (for my exercise induced rhinitis), carbs, lifting straps, camera/phone tripod, gym buddy attachment, phone charger, and other stuff. .

Dziś śniadanie, drugie śniadanie i obiad od #bediet planowe. Kolacja i dodatki dużo dodatków - już nie. To był ten dzień kiedy poległam na maxa- magnum migdałowe, żelki haribo, baton Lion i kolacja w stylu #octoberfest - precle, biała kiełbasa i piwo pszeniczne 🍺 - totalna klapa. Nie tak planowałam,nie tak miało być, jednak te czarne chmury zbierały się od soboty- dziś była burza. I used to associate booty bands with chicks who wanted to draw attention to their booty for the gram or make out that these bands make you get a big booty which I thought was ridiculous 😂
BUT now I realise if used as an addition to weight training it creates the BURN factor which is the absolute best part of a leg session 😂 love me some @babebands_ 😍

Did you know it took me 17 years-yes-You read that right..17 years to hit my “lifetime” status with @ww? 
When I first started @ww and had lost 75lbs-I was only 5 lbs shy from becoming a lifetime member BUT I never did get there before gaining all the weight back when I got pregnant-that is until I started to put in the HARD WORK.
▪️
It’s about putting in the work and LAYING the tracks-by weighing & measuring servings, counting points/calories like a newbie, track every lick, taste, or bite, drinking water, exercise, and staying within points-to be able to “ride” the train or to maintain, get to our goal weight, or to see long term benefits.

Today is a new week-Let’s start this week off right by laying the tracks so we can reap the benefits!! Who’s with me?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Monday Motivation:
This still gives me chills... Nostalgic throwback to 2018 Atlantic Regionals and the biggest hype finish to qualify for the CrossFit Games! Ready to take on the week after watching this!

This is one of those defining moments we all have and is definitely in my top 10 even with my football career! This is one of those moments that creates champions. There was a moment where the thought of losing floods your mind and you feel like you are in quicksand, where you can give up and say we are too far behind, there is no way to comeback... or you decide to challenge yourself and not be denied your goal. I would love to say I was 100% confident we were going to comeback. But I had that thought run through my head for a moment. I got angry and refused to be denied and I could feel my teammates refusing to give up. This was an extremely proud moment for me because I realized how amazing these 3 are when our backs were against the wall and going to the games looked like it slipped through our fingers for the 2nd year in a row. The year of adversity we faced prepared us for that moment. I'm so thankful for these 3 and the resilience they had shown.🤘@mitchellszwec @corynnefrancis4 @kc_balance ・・・

Feeling way too lucky & blessed to have moved into such a beautiful house & most of all to be living at uni ToGETHeR & with the loveliest of gals 👯‍♀️ As much as we enjoyed halls last year (see our YT vid for our hall experience at luff 🌝) we are so so excited to be together this year & to share all of the lil things that just make day to day things so much better & to obvs rinse the joint food shops🥰
