‘Jack Frost’
❄️
I used:
30ml Vodka
30ml Blue Curaçao 
30ml Coconut Milk
60ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
❄️
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined ❄️
Fill an amazing @libbeyglass_europe with heaps of ice and strain the cocktail into the glass
❄️
Garnish with copious amounts of organic shredded coconut and serve with a paper straw
❄️

I used:
30ml Vodka
30ml Blue Curaçao
30ml Coconut Milk
60ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined ❄️

Christine @socialgingirl and I have noticed that a lot of drinkstagrammers are a bit frustrated and annoyed about the changes to @instagram and that they are seeing reduced reach, reduced likes, reduced engagement and a decrease in new followings. Frankly a bit of a Insta funk happening! .
So we have decided its time to make things fun again and remember why we all got onto Instagram in the first place….. It’s time to create the most FUNFEST cocktail to help turn those frowns upside down!

60ml @casamigos Blanco Tequila
30ml Fresh lemon juice
25ml homemade lower sugar butterfly pea infused syrup
10ml Orgeat Syrup
20ml Aquafaba ..
..
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until the foam forms
..
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with flowering rosemary .

I used:
45ml Korma Curry Paste infused Tequila *
15ml Cointreau 
15ml Lime Juice 
60ml Ginger Beer
.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (except ginger beer) and shake vigorously with ice until combined. Stir in ginger beer.
.
Rim your favourite cocktail glass with chilli flakes. Double strain into the glass. Garnish with flowers **
.

* I infused 1/8 teaspoon korma curry paste in 45ml tequila for 1 hour

20ml Malibu 
20ml Plantation pineapple Rum
10ml jalapeño infused tequila
10ml Golden Falernum 
10ml Blue Curaçao 
40ml unsweetened pineapple juice 
20ml Lime Juice 
40ml coconut cream .
Simply place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice until combined.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glasses. Garnish with pineapple and jalapeño.

30ml jalapeño infused reposado tequila 
30ml Cointreau
30ml homemade pineapple jalapeño shrub
60ml tropical sparkling punch soda
15ml lime juice
🍍
Place all ingredients (except soda) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice until combined. Stir in soda

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Garnish and serve with fresh mint, Passionfruit pulp, jalapeño and pineapple.

30ml jalapeño infused reposado tequila

30ml homemade pineapple jalapeño shrub

Tropical Fruit Platter Gin Deleite 🌸
I used:
60ml Gin 
15ml homemade lower Sugar dragonfruit syrup 
30ml homemade lower Sugar tropical fruit shrub 
120ml sugar free tonic water
30ml fresh lemon juice
🌸
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (except tonic water) and shake well until combined. Stir in Tonic water.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with pink baby breath
🌸
You may remember this as being a very delicious mocktail! Today  is not my alcohol free day, so I added a dash of gin and I guarantee you, it was delicious 🌸

‘Dragonfruit Mezcal Margarita’

Recipe:
25mls Mezcal
15mls Cointreau 
15mls Strawberry Liqueur 
25mls freshly squeezed lime juice 
2 tablespoonfuls of Dragon Fruit pulp
.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. .
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Serve over ice and garnish with freshly frozen dragon fruit balls.

‘Dirty Martini’

60ml @thebotanistgin 
15ml 1757 Extra Dry Vermouth 
Barspoon olive brine
5 dashes @thebittertruthcompany olive bitters
5 small ice cubes
.
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until ice is melted.
.
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and serve with 3 olives
.

30ml homemade low sugar coconut syrup
30ml Lime Juice
30ml pineapple juice
120ml gingerbeer Sugar Free 
Pulp of half a Passionfruit .
Place all ingredients (except ginger beer) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Add ginger beer and stir until combined. .
Double strain into your favourite pineapple cocktail glass. Garnish with mint and Passionfruit .
